Easy to use. Lots of features
I had the free version since December and it worked great. About a month later they cap how many reviews I can have. Then about a month after that they suspended my account and tried to force me to pay for it. I had to reach out to support to export my reviews that I already had. What a pain in the butt. I do NOT recommend this software at all.
Après avoir utilisé FERA et reçu plus de 300 avis, FERA nous a obligé à prendre leur version payante alors que leur version gratuite n'était pas limitée dans le temps. Nous avons bien conscience que le système du gratuit a ses limites mais notre échelle de travail ne nous permettait pas de prendre leur version payante assez chère. FERA nous a alors obligé ce passage au payant, que nous n'avons pas pu prendre, en nous coupant tous simplement l'accès à l'appli. Nous avons alors demandé de récupérer nos avis mais FERA a refusé alors que cette option était bien proposée dans l'appli. Pas très classe de leur part. De plus, depuis un petit moment déjà, FERA avait utilisé un petit stratagème assez malin pour nous obliger au payant. Ils ont tout simplement ajouté sans notre accord un utilisateur supplémentaire à notre compte, ce qui en faisait donc deux au total avec l'administrateur, alors que la version gratuite ne le propose pas. Nous avions alors des messages permanents pour passer au payant. Il était alors impossible de modifier ce second profil abusif, ni même de le supprimer. Nous avions tenté une médiation avec leur service client afin de régler ce problème, mais comme de par hasard, celui-ci est devenu réservé aux versions payantes juste après... Petite cerise sur le gâteau, après la suppression de l'appli de FERA qu'ils ont eux-même exécutés sur notre site, leur CEO nous a envoyé un message nous indiquant qu'il était déçu de notre désinscription à FERA... Je n'ai pas répondu. Nous sommes très déçus.
As store owners, we all know how frustrating a bad review can be — but I felt I had to speak up for others who might find themselves in the same situation I did. It's disappointing that there's no longer a free plan available. Honestly, it feels like the company is just hoping users won’t look elsewhere. That said, there are great alternatives out there. I recommend checking out Air Product, TYDAL or Judge.me — all of them offer free plans and, in my experience, work much better.

We totally get that the budget might not be ideal for stores just starting out. While we’re working on adding more premium features to make requesting reviews even easier, we understand Fera might not be the right fit for everyone right now. Great app, not super expensive. Great value.
We went through a lot of review apps to find the right one after Shopify for some reason decided to terminate their perfectly functioning, free, review app. Still frustrates me to think about it. For my situation, I needed a review app that would let me just have one batch of reviews that show up the same on every page. Should have been easy, but it wasn't. Fera allowed it though and for a very reasonable 7 bucks a month. I wanted to get it dialed perfectly so I was able to work with Holden for days and he was so extremely helpful and ended up handling quite a few of my busy work tasks with Excel. Super cool. Appreciate that, Holden. Thanks again. This is how apps should all be run. I don't think you'll go wrong with Fera.
I have to admit that the customer support is amazing! Even though I had some struggles with Fera and a few of their changes, their team is always there to help. Thank you
