As store owners, we all know how frustrating a bad review can be — but I felt I had to speak up for others who might find themselves in the same situation I did. It's disappointing that there's no longer a free plan available. Honestly, it feels like the company is just hoping users won’t look elsewhere. That said, there are great alternatives out there. I recommend checking out Air Product, TYDAL or Judge.me — all of them offer free plans and, in my experience, work much better.

We totally get that the budget might not be ideal for stores just starting out. We went through a lot of review apps to find the right one after Shopify for some reason decided to terminate their perfectly functioning, free, review app. Still frustrates me to think about it. For my situation, I needed a review app that would let me just have one batch of reviews that show up the same on every page. Should have been easy, but it wasn't. Fera allowed it though and for a very reasonable 7 bucks a month. I wanted to get it dialed perfectly so I was able to work with Holden for days and he was so extremely helpful and ended up handling quite a few of my busy work tasks with Excel. Super cool. Appreciate that, Holden. Thanks again. This is how apps should all be run. I don't think you'll go wrong with Fera.
