While it took a bit to learn how to do everything...I love that I can do so many things while adding designs. Personalization and changing designs or colors with the same listing is easy.

Seamless and Efficient Print-on-Demand Service! I'm just starting with my print-on-demand business, and using Gelato has been an incredibly smooth experience so far. Designing my artwork with various tools, linking the designs with Gelato, and automatically exporting them to my Shopify store has been effortless. The entire process is intuitive and efficient, making bringing my designs to life easy. I’m really hoping this same level of efficiency continues in production and shipping after launch, but so far, so good—fingers crossed! If you're looking for a hassle-free print-on-demand solution, Gelato is worth considering.

Im still developing my store. I have not published it yet but the experience has been good so far except for the limited styles and colors available in the tshirt styles ive chosen

3D viewer is good for designing products. 'Gelato' seems to want to take over your store though even though I didn't tell it to. It imports products from other vendors/sources and wants to control them itself. VERY annoying. Customer support was useless about it. I selected 'Ignore' on all other products and yet they're still there.

Easy to use, impressed is the word. Always have the right "action buttons," products are well made and easy to integrate into existing website. Everything about Gelato is flawless so far for me. I am excited to have finally found a print on demand company i trust and enjoy!

Great service, good prices but they need to work on the bulk editing a bit. overall satisfied.

Unfortunately after 2 weeks of trying to resolve a problem with my store, I am giving up to find a new merch supplier and will need to refund my customers. I've not had any real attempt to resolve my problem as far as I can tell. I've had at least 5 or 6 emails saying sorry it is taking so long after I needed to reach out for follow-up, but nothing else. It's disappointing because it seems the majority of users have had good experiences with this app and it seems to have great products, but unfortunately I will never be able to experience them it seems.

Nice idea. But support has been abysmal. I really hope they can fix things. If not, we're out. Just don't expect good support.

Overall I am happy with Gelato and I haven't even explored all the apps yet. I was also impressed by the quick response to a printing mistake that was made and the customer really felt like they were respected and happy in the end of the fulfillment process. They are not perfect but pretty damn close! They do take full responsibility for their errors and that puts my mind at ease.

I'll recommend it because it is easy to use, intuitive, fast, reliable... Points than I ll love to see in future dev. Ability to set order on paramters like size, color, etc... Ability to have product creation batch using multiple templates and simplified parameters (picture, title,tags..) being applied when updated to all product created in the batch. for example if I create an aluminum print, a wood print, a paper print it will be nice using templates setting as a base to be able to give once for all product the picture, title and tags... Otherwhise big thanks to your team !

Probably is the best Print on Demand supplier. Production and shipping time were super fast, customer service was excellent and speedy, and their print and embroidery quality are top-tier. Don't hesitate to start your brand with Gelato and start your sample order. You will not regret working with them.
