Easy to use, and very helpful. My store getting more orders since I add it to my store. Very fast and friendly customer service.

Pricing is terrible. They don't just charge for each order Rise is involved with (store credit, loyalty, etc.) - they charge for EVERY ORDER YOUR STORE PROCESSES. It's over $150/month in ADDITION to the $600/year fee. *update* After contacting support, they bumped me up to the $200/month plan and refunded the overage fees. I would still like the price to come down a bit, but this is sufficient.

Regarding pricing, our plans are structured according to business size. This makes it easer for businesses to determine which plan is best for them. How do we measure business size? According to the total number of store orders processed per month. If your orders exceed the amount included in your plan, then there is an additional fee per order. We have really enjoyed using Rise.AI's Gift Cards & Loyalty software. We have seen a huge bump in purchases of gift cards and see customers coming back to buy more. The integration with Shopify and ReCharge is harmonious and it was a breeze to get this installed and operational. The Rise,ai app was critical in enabling us to deliver a gift card solution without having to upgrade to Shopify plus. The bulk gift card import enables us to generate thousands of codes and works seamlessly with Shopify.

This app is extremely user friendly and easy to use! Brings a whole knew USP to our business, gives us tons more marketing content and an edge over similar businesses. We needed a little help setting something up, and the customer services was unbelievably prompt on helping us! When we look for these sort of apps, we always test the customer service out, and this ticked all the boxes. Thanks again guys!

Update: Very pleased with the quick turnaround times for support. John has supported me through two different issues, including removing the "Add to Cart" button for gift cards. I'm glad I was able to resolve this before the next business day. Huge help. I signed up for a trial and didn't select the plan I wanted in time so was charged an annual fee. I reached out to support to help get this fixed. John responded within minutes and let me know that he submitted a refund. I was so impressed with the quality and speed of his response despite it being nearly 2 a.m. I've never experienced this kind of service before. I look forward to continuing to use this app and launching our loyalty program.

The application has a variety of features, although sometimes it is a bit confusing to use. However, I have received very enthusiastic help from John and the support team in the process of using this program. Very useful!

We use shopify for both our online & brick & mortar sales. We thought Rise we be a great way to utilize gift cards & store credit for our loyalty program, rather than the points system we had previously used with S Loyalty. Dana was super helpful in getting us set up and running. Unfortunately, the POS integrate was not as seamless as we had hoped for. You aren't able to do everything necessary to manage the store credit or gift cards completely within the Shopify POS app. Too much back and forth between the computer and POS to handle everyday occurrences that should all be within the POS app. It's just too clunky and enough of an upgrade to pay the $200 price tag. If they could figure out how to get all the functionality into the Shopify POS app we would stick around, but instead we're again shopping for something else.
Hi there, Thank you for your feedback as it helps us improve our app! Dana also shared your views with the team. I'd like to clarify what is available with the POS integration and why we have designed it as such. Our POS integration allows your customers to earn and redeem store credit both online and in your brick & mortar store. This way, store credit that is earned in-store, can also be redeemed online and vice versa. What you can manage through the POS: - a customer can earn store credit for an in-store purchase which automatically accumulates into their loyalty account (can be viewed online/via email). - a customer can redeem store credit earned online or in-store for an in-store purchase. All you need to do is select "apply store credit" before processing the payment on the POS. If you need to adjust a customer's store credit balance, this can only be done on the Rise dashboard (not via POS). This is because adjusting the balance is essentially changing your balance sheet - you are awarding your customers with additional credit to spend at your store. For security and accounting purposes, merchants typically want the ability to award store credit to be restricted to only those with access to your Shopify admin. If all employees can access this on the POS, they have the ability to adjust the funds available to all customers at any time. However, we have taken your feedback on board and we will continue to think of ways to improve the merchant experience. All the best, Rise.ai team
