Amazing and fast customer support! John was really helpful to figure out the perfect subsciption plan for us. The tool offers everything you need to scale up your business. Also great for start ups, because your required subscription grows with your sales. We definitely recommend rise!

We decided to go with Rise as our rewards & loyalty program. The app has a substantial set of features and accomplishes our goal of avoiding a confusing points base system. It integrates well with Shopify Plus and Shopify POS which were two musts for us. Eddie was very helpful in getting all of the features set up properly! Would definitely recommend giving Rise a try.

The app is really intuitive and easy to use. The customer service is superior. My client success manager, Dana, is quick to respond and helps greatly with providing solutions and recommendations to fit our needs of the businesss!

I used the app to help me bulk import my gift cards from my old point of sale into Shopify. The representative assisted me with this task immediately, quickly, and efficiently. I just sat back and provided the information they needed. It was a breeze.

Pricing is terrible. They don't just charge for each order Rise is involved with (store credit, loyalty, etc.) - they charge for EVERY ORDER YOUR STORE PROCESSES. It's over $150/month in ADDITION to the $600/year fee. *update* After contacting support, they bumped me up to the $200/month plan and refunded the overage fees. I would still like the price to come down a bit, but this is sufficient.

Regarding pricing, our plans are structured according to business size. This makes it easer for businesses to determine which plan is best for them. How do we measure business size? According to the total number of store orders processed per month. If your orders exceed the amount included in your plan, then there is an additional fee per order. We have really enjoyed using Rise.AI's Gift Cards & Loyalty software. We have seen a huge bump in purchases of gift cards and see customers coming back to buy more. The integration with Shopify and ReCharge is harmonious and it was a breeze to get this installed and operational. The Rise,ai app was critical in enabling us to deliver a gift card solution without having to upgrade to Shopify plus. The bulk gift card import enables us to generate thousands of codes and works seamlessly with Shopify.

Update: Very pleased with the quick turnaround times for support. John has supported me through two different issues, including removing the "Add to Cart" button for gift cards. I'm glad I was able to resolve this before the next business day. Huge help. I signed up for a trial and didn't select the plan I wanted in time so was charged an annual fee. I reached out to support to help get this fixed. John responded within minutes and let me know that he submitted a refund. I was so impressed with the quality and speed of his response despite it being nearly 2 a.m. I've never experienced this kind of service before. I look forward to continuing to use this app and launching our loyalty program.
