We are just starting out using this app but, after trying a few others, we can say, at least so far, this app is above and beyond better than the others! It has great features and is easy to use and set up. Everything is pretty much straightforward and, the questions we did have, Eddie was very quick to answer and helped us tremendously. Highly recommend this app!

App is great for offering rewards to customers, its very user friendly. Had an issue after I had an external web designer amend my website, but the chat support team logged right into my site and added code to get me up and running again in 2 minutes!

We used this app for a over a year and is extremely expensive for what it offers and the results it delivered - we didn't really find any major shift in increased sales or customer experience compared to what we used before (which was Shopify Gift Cards). Also, when we uninstalled we learned a pretty harsh lesson - be aware that when you uninstall or remove the app, your customers won't be able to open the link to the original gift card sent to them - which is totally wrong & unfair to the customer as well as the brand. We were under the assumption that you can retrieve it via the Shopify backend. Additionally, if there was any expiration date associated with the Gift Card, then it would not honour it as well once the app has been uninstalled. I don't know how the app approval works but I am surprised this type of stuff was even accepted by Shopify. Overall, a pretty ordinary experience having spent a lot of time & money on this for well over a year - wouldn't recommend!
Hi there, I'm Itay, Head of the Support team at Rise.ai. Any active code created through Rise.ai remains fully redeemable, with no dependency on the app being installed. Unfourtunetly, some functionality that is dependent on data that is not stored after a store removes an app cannot be supported as we don't keep customer data after the app is removed (we are GDPR compliant). We also offer a detailed reporting system that allows you to export customer data related to Rise activities at any time while the app is still installed. Love Rise and all of the features it offers even on the basic plan. We just started using it on our new launch and its super easy to integrate and offers tons of customization to fit our brand.

We use rise to manage our employee store. I really like that we can adjust balances of existing loyalty cards and gift cards. Their customer service is very helpful, kind and careful. I was helped by John today and Eddie quite a few times in the past. Great service. -- There are a couple of features that I'd like to see built in such as an easy way to export all existing Loyalty Card Codes (I had to do this manually) and I'd like more control over the Rise Loyalty button for users who aren't logged in.

Eddie, an agent at Rise.ai, helped us integrate a custom gift card solution, and they are TOTALLY AMAZING. The platform is easy to use, but we had a special use case that required a bit more hands on help from the Rise.ai team Eddie helped us launch our product and was very patient with me throughout the process

So far my best experience with customer support for 10 years while I'm in IM. Especially thanks to John from the support team, this guy solves issues in an eye blink, also noticed an additional issue and fixed it before I mentioned it. A+++ Class support, I can't even imagine how it could be improved! Also about the app, at first it looks quite expensive but we found it very useful and now using this app instead of two! As we want to make custom gift cards and have loyalty program this app has all features that you can imagine! Just try this app, you won't regret.
