Even though I told them not to call me, they kept calling from different numbers, asking me to change my review. Stop calling me!!!!! It's your APP real issue. Other customer need to know how it works! The social login function doesn't work at all!!!! I have send the issue video. But the support just say they have tested and it could work.. But I can't work either my friend. Now they asked me to create an account then could use the social login function. If so why it is called social login???? All we want is customers don't need to create an account and easy login. Too bad. Bad product bad service! Stay away from this app.

I've had Growave since I set up my store and overall it's been a great experience - the wishlist, reviews and loyalty program were exactly what I was looking for and the customer support is second to none! I sent a support request today that required a code change and they had it fixed and working perfectly within a few hours! Incredible team - thank you so much guys!

Great App, offering numerous functionalities at a great price. Basic features that a shop owner needs such as Reviews, Rewards, Wishlist, Instagram UGC and social login feature is available. As well behind this app work a wonderful team who is always there when you need help which is great. Of all the things I appreciate the most about this app, it's the team behind it. They are very responsive and will try their best in the shortest possible time to get to the bottom of your challenge and help you resolve it. Thanks, guys! Also, their app is like a 5 in 1 so instead of paying multiple $ for numerous apps, you can get twice the value from Growave

Great app for loyalty programs and wishlist creation! Very intuitive, easy to use on both ends! Growave team is also extremely helpful in solving all sorts of issues - smooth communication, timely responses and fast problem solving. Highly recommend it! I've tried a couple of similar apps and so far Growave is the best, definitely worth it. However, update to 2.0 version changed the reviewer's name presentation function which I personally find absurd. After the update, in the free version, client's full name and surname are visible under the review, and if you want to keep your Client's information private and only show the surname's first letter, well, then you need to upgrade to a paid plan. Shouldn't privacy be a default option? I understand that you want to give Store Owners flexibility, and that's amazing, but keeping Client's surname hidden is such a weird thing to ask us to pay for. What I love about the update is the new design, it's clean and professional. Thanks for that.

I don't write reviews a lot, really. But Growave helps me way more than they should, or what I expected from them, with the integration of their app in my custom design. Whatever I ask, they will do everything in their power to solve the problem. That is customer service that is very rare, but I appreciate it. I would recommend it to anyone.
