The customer service is really nice, and they helped me quickly with the style changes I wanted. The app setup is also pretty straightforward. Overall, it's really good and I would definitely recommend it.

grow wave is great app helping me a lot in setting rewards policies for my store and they have excellent support team which help me a lot in setting this app i would highly recommend this app.

Of all the things I appreciate the most about this app, it's the team behind it. They are very responsive and will try their best in the shortest possible time to get to the bottom of your challenge and help you resolve it. Thanks, guys! Great app for loyalty programs and wishlist creation! Very intuitive, easy to use on both ends! Growave team is also extremely helpful in solving all sorts of issues - smooth communication, timely responses and fast problem solving. Highly recommend it! I've tried a couple of similar apps and so far Growave is the best, definitely worth it. However, update to 2.0 version changed the reviewer's name presentation function which I personally find absurd. After the update, in the free version, client's full name and surname are visible under the review, and if you want to keep your Client's information private and only show the surname's first letter, well, then you need to upgrade to a paid plan. Shouldn't privacy be a default option? I understand that you want to give Store Owners flexibility, and that's amazing, but keeping Client's surname hidden is such a weird thing to ask us to pay for. What I love about the update is the new design, it's clean and professional. Thanks for that.

I don't write reviews a lot, really. But Growave helps me way more than they should, or what I expected from them, with the integration of their app in my custom design. Whatever I ask, they will do everything in their power to solve the problem. That is customer service that is very rare, but I appreciate it. I would recommend it to anyone.

The app integrates very well and easy into my existing shop. The support is really helpful and fast. I had a question and needed support with the integration of product reviews on my page. The request was fulfilled within 1 hour by a developer. Really great product and serivce!

Growave team has been great and has been very prompt in answering my design needs. A lot of competitor apps with the same functionality but Growave is affordable and user friendly for businesses just starting out
