Wow! So many features. Absolutely wonderful app. I have researched the prices and other apps similar and this one is outstanding by far! Leading edge designs, features and professional customer service around the clock no matter where you are in the world. The lovely Tina is THE BEST! She is professional, understand and really knows her stuff. This app is a must for medium to high traffic stores. Absolutely worth it. Thanks team Growave from the Stoned Hilda team :)

The app is impressive and the support was amazing. I had a number of items i raised with support and was integrating a couple of apps together for some really in depth features. Tina was always really quick to respond and anything i asked for was resolved perfectly and with a great turnaround time. To be honest, some of the stuff i was asking for was beyond what i expected these guys would solve for me, but nothing was questioned. Awesome app and awesome company. Thanks for everything.

Growave and their support team, especially Tina, have been instrumental in helping us launch our rewards program, reviews, and wishlist. They helped with the integration into our new theme in ways no other developer has even come close! They were quick and super supportive despite their super busy schedule! In addition, this app works WONDERS!! It's *almost* flawless in the way in integrates with so many other apps + multilanguage support which is key for a Canadian company.

Unbelievably Good Customer Service! I'm using Growave for a month now and I can say that the app is working very well and meets all my expectations from the app! We had some issues because of the previous app but whenever I write to the support, they solve my problem almost immediately! I wasn't expecting such quality customer service. Special thanks to Tina, she's basically my savior angel! The app deserves more than 5 stars. I strongly recommend it!

I've used the free version of this app for a year now and have just upgraded to the Basic version. It's a great app, have had no problems with it at all. It's simple to use and customer service are quick to reply and very helpful.

Excellent customer service! The app works beautifully and is a powerful tool to interact with customers and expose to potential customers the reviews from from your stores and products. We had a minor issue, which we communicated thru customer service and the follow up experience in solving it was superb! Furious with this application and the customer service. Everything was fantastic in the beginning. They get you onboarded and treat you wonderfully until you're all in and everything is integrated. Then they don't give a damn about you. They have no respect or loyalty to their customers that have been with them for years. The app is littered with bugs. I don't even know where to start, so I will just leave it at that. WEEKS of wasted time troubleshooting and dealing with back and forth emails. So much money lost due to bugs allowing customers to repeatedly share my brand on social media and rack up thousands and thousands of points resulting in lost money for my business. Then they have the nerve to randomly increase the price by 50% out of nowhere and you're just stuck with it. They're like the new Netflix, but worse. I am totally stuck with this app because my customers are used to the rewards interface, and I can't find another app that has all of the same features. I simply don't have the bandwidth to work on multiple new application migrations and customer education on the new app. I feel like I am chained to this app and it's incredible defeating. :(

Had one of the worst experiences with this app. Couldn't even begin to describe the months of back and forth while we helped them solved coding issue, fix crucial bugs and glitches. There is WAY too many codes that Growave implements on your site, 30+. This causes website to be slow and the user experience to be horrible. We upgraded our theme and deleted all the Growave codes because we were going to delete the App. Somehow we noticed that there was Growave code in the new theme! How it got there is highly suspicious. We deleted that App immediately after that. Over all this app is very novice in terms of functionality.
