Growave: Loyalty & Wishlist

This is a really nice app with a lot of features I was looking for to create fun and effective methods to create user engagement. I've integrated several features at this point and starting to roll them out via social media. Features such as $2 off a shirt just by sharing with a friend and that friend can do the same. Also created a good 1/2 dozen other reward based discounts so people can get points by sharing, liking and even submitting reviews. Activated wishlists so people can track items they like and get emails reminding them of those lists. There's still more to do but its a start!

I try another similar app before but this app is better than any other, and even customer support is so helpful. I'm pleased!

I'm in early stages of exploring the app, but what i can comment on now i had an issue in the theme i'm using, although I'm on the free plan. I have contacted the team and I was really happy with the level of support i received from them. they fixed my issue almost same day. good luck for you guys, I always appreciate when i found good customer support.

I used this app to help me do reviews, wishlist and so on,I really like how it does reviews, you can upload the pictures.I am satisfied.

I am still testing the app but the help that I am receiving from its technical support, specially from Tattu deserves this comment. The answer to all my questions is really fast and Tattu always is willing to resolve every doubt. This app is the best solution for all my needs to engage customers.

The plugin is really useful and works well :) I wanted to change something and send them an email. I got a reply almost instantly with my issue being fixed by their team.

You don't know what you're missing. This app has it all you need. My team and I were struggling to find good app for my customers to leave reviews and give them points, and we are absolutely happy with our decision to go with this app. Plus, customer care and support fro the team is AMAZING!!!
