The formatting tools really suck for the FAQ page. Not user friendly or stable. At All. Not being able to change or match fonts is time consuming and inconvenient :((

Great app with awesome support team! We had a small issue with how the FAQ page was displaying on our website and the help desk team fixed it within minutes of me reaching out! couldn't be happier.

We use the app for customer support dashboard and chose it because it's simple and straightward as our needs are not very elaborate. The decision, after using the app for 2 months, is proven to be excellent. Everything works as it should, and we don't need to think about using it, it's a logical extension, and it works flawless. Additional, when we encountered a problem, the support team went out off their way and did not just do their job but pointed out the exact cause of the problem which lied outside the app itself, so it was an easy fix!

The App is easy to setup and looks good. One small issue I had, team resolved quickly and up to expectations. Great App. For sure will keep using the app.

App support has been outstanding and so helpful in getting our app settings perfect! Product tabs and live chat are great; it's nice that both features are in the same app.

I tried every FAQ app here and this is the best freemium one. All of them restrict features for the free version and this app is the most usable if you decide not to upgrade.

We just started using FAQ page. They don't have many documents to read beforehand but the instruction video gives clear guidance and once you install the app, there is a section to answer general questions user might want to know. The interface is easy to understand and manage. If you know how to write a blog, it should be a piece of cake to manage this app. We needed an adjustment to the app's search function and the support team was fast and sincere in responding via email. Thank you Donatas and Ernestas for quick adjustments and for answering all my questions!

Amazing support. I had several small tweaks that required coding and the support team had them all fixed within a few hours. The application runs smoothly and looks great on the store. Highly recommend.

We had discovered a bug for drop-down for the FAQ section, customer service was super quick to answer my emails and concerns. The developers applied a fix within 1 hour. Highly recommended, great product. Thanks, A+

Save lots of time and resources to set the FAQ part. Customer service is always fast! Thank you so mcuh! *If you didn't receive their answers, you may also contact them via facebook OR just send again to see if there's anything wrong with your email.

i have written to the provider twice to find out if i can simply delete the app i no longer need, or if i have to delete code to do so. unfortunately, i never received a reply. always very fast when selling, very poor when helping (hot even "help center"). do i get a reply now? UPDATE: 26.07.2021 After this review I was contacted. The support had supposedly written to me. In the communication it was noticed that they had forgotten a letter in the email. I was helped in the meantime and my questions were answered 100%. This is why I update my stars from 1 to 4 stars!

--- Update: The developers reached out to me personally and have been ultra-responsive to address my concerns. My primary interest was finding an app that allows bulk upload/import... the options presented in this one seemed to allow for that, however it appears that NONE of them do that (based on helpful discussion with the team here.) I decided to stick with this app since the overall UI is still very good - and their personal support has been impressive. Our FAQ is now loaded and formatted, and we are very pleased, overall. I've been trying for an hour to get this app to work. Won't import. Won't export. Crafted an email to their support to try to get help, and it bounced back. Desperately need an FAQ that works - Have tried 5 on here with no success. This was a total bust. No idea how it got a high rating with so many users. Anybody out there who can help me??
