Very basic, not at all built out. There's no option to export your chat history to be able to analyze what questions are commonly asked to create your instant answers from that data. Also - Shopify "Magic" is anything BUT. It's supposed to use AI to generate suggested Instant Answers for your store...but clearly it just scanned our website to come up with them rather than view our chat history and commonly asked questions. Definitely not well built out. If you need any actual support chat capabilities, you need something else!
Thanks for taking the time to share this. You're right that Inbox doesn't currently offer a way to export chat history, and that's helpful feedback we'll pass along to the team. On Instant Answers: the AI suggestions are meant as a starting point, and you can fully edit, rewrite, or replace any of them in your Inbox settings so they reflect the questions your customers actually ask. l'application est simple à utiliser et le suivi des messages est correct. Ca serait bien avec une option de réécriture professionnelle.
