I cannot delete conversation history. I cannot believe that. This is a really basic feature. Every message app has this except shopify. I have tried to contact developers several times but nothing happened. They don't care about privacy issues. I don't expect they will fix this soon.

It is nicely integrated, but sometimes hard to locate/remember where to find on the dashboard - desktop, mobile, inbox - so I can reply.

Très pratique, cette application permet à vos visiteurs de poster des messages et de poser des questions sur vos produit. Inbox fonctionne comme une boîte de messagerie traditionnelle. Sans avoir à utiliser un système complexe et payant. Je recommande vivement cette application.

I like it, but will need to work on setting it up so I can answer customers immediately. I didn't see the messages come through right away, only when I was logged into the app on my laptop. great, though.
