Issue: 1. In product recommendation , keyword search is inefficient, fuzzy match not functioning properly as system want "Exact" match keyword. Store owner need to try different keyword multiple times to get correct item. 2. Does not support reply to specific msg. 3. Auto reply msg will marks as "read" , so owner will miss visitor msg.

I have had two conversations in the past two days that lasted over an hour where I had to re-explain myself several times. I had one desired outcome yesterday, and a different one today. Neither one were resolved. Each time they offered solutions that were not at all related to my questions. I am left feeling confused and super frustrated.

So far so good. It's been helpful to engage with customers that don't want to call our 1800 number or can't get through for other reasons. They can easily leave a message and come back it it when they're next on, or reply via the email that gets sent to them. Very handy to be able to offer products and upsells or discount codes to customers. highly recommended you use this FREE app to increase customer engagement for your brand.

It works well, but when you type a response to the customer you have to mouse over to the Send button. On other apps you can just hit enter and it sends your message. It slows you down a little bit.

We really like Shopify Inbox. It keeps all the correspondence neat and in one place and able to be referenced at any point.
