Simple, if a little limited, but a great tool. Now, just add email support and we're set ;)
It helps, but since it goes back to their email, I am not having much luck contacting them again.

Easier communication with customers especially that they feel it's a faster way to reach the store owner without the need of writing an email

Perfect app. Works on my phone and desktop seamlessly. When I read and answer a message on my phone, the message leaves the desktop as well for no duplicating messages.
