good chatting box, instant answer is very good

me gusta mucho esta opción ya que me indica exactamente en qué momento se encuentra el cliente y que tipo de artículos tiene en su carrito, entonces me resulta muchos más fácil conducir la duda
I like Shopify Inbox a lot! It's such a golden accessory to my business when I'm unable to be reached. It's giving 'go check your emails' and hit respond.
The perfect must-have comms tool for looking after customers. No unnecessary frills, just the essentials.
I like it easy to use it will be easier if we have saved note
Very good app. The problem is it does not work with Kallas theme at all. It causes glitches on mobile site, screen flickering, and the modal window not opening fast or closing... Buggy

Inbox has grown over the years, and now is a fully functioning way of communicating with customers. Plus it has a location function in the customer profile section, so you can tell if you're dealing with scammers
