I can't tell you how many sales I have saved with this app. It's mostly great, sometimes a little clunky. But at the end of the day, it's indispensable for us. We're all about the customer service, and folks are thrilled when they can get a quick autoreply, and then a real human to talk to. And the integration with the product catalog is fantastic.
Great for allowing potential buyers to ask the questions at point of sale allowing them to finalise their decision making process at a time when they are most likely to make a purchase.
Super user friendly and it is free! What a win!
Inbox is convenient and transparent to the end customer. A real bonus for our small business.

It's good to have a quick way to interact with customers.
Very cool app that has its own phone app. When a customer messages me, I get the notification and it allows me to respond immediately. I love it. It makes it easier to provide fast customer service and to be able to answer customer inquiries instantly. Sometimes I'll miss an email, but I never miss the Shopify Inbox alerts.
