For a free app this is really good, is it perfect, no but its certainly a useful addition to any store.

繁忙期にに導入しましたが、非常に便利です。問い合わせ担当が新入社員に任せており、問い合わせがパンク寸前でしたが、簡易的な発想やサイズ問い合わせなどを設定したところ、メール問い合わせが減りShopify Inboxに全て集約されたので非常に助かりました。

This is easy to set up and easy to use. Customers seem more likely to ask questions since we've been using the Shopify Inbox app. This means we can engage with them about their questions or concerns and they're more likely to purchase.

Perfecto para preguntas rápidas ya hechas y que suelen preguntar mucho los clientes. Evitando gastar mucho tiempo en contestar a todas una sola persona. Puedes contestar cuando quieras y le avisan por correo electrónico. Todo genial de momento. Llevo 1 mes con la app y genial.

I really like this as an addon to my Shopify store. I wish I was able to edit and delete sent messages, however. Keep it up, Argiris
