I like it that is chat scroll your site to help answer basic questions.
No me aparece en mi página si entro desde el celular y no hay un soporte con personas para ayudarme a ver qué es. EStaba activado en la parte de "Temas" en las "incrustaciones de apps", desinstalé y reinstalé, y nada
Gracias por contarnos los pasos que ya probaste. Cuando el chat no aparece aunque la incrustación esté activada, a menudo es un conflicto con el tema: prueba activándolo en un tema predeterminado (como Dawn) y confirma que el tema esté publicado y guardado. Si quieres que alguien lo revise contigo, puedes hablar con nuestro equipo en help.shopify.com/support.
무료로서는 너무좋습니다. 그래도 폰트 크기 조절만 가능했더라면 더 좋았을텐데 쪼금 아쉬워서 별3개만 드립니다. 나머지는 딱히 불편하것 없이 잘 사용중입니다.

Works as expected. Great interface, easy to understand!
really really nice app! Setup is easy and its also usable on the shopify inbox app on your cellphone. So its super easy to write customers back even while you are on the go. love it!
It is a very good app and easy to use and interact with customers. The auto answer facility is superb and easy to use
