Additionally, its product recommendation feature enhances the customer experience. However, it could be even better with an automatic translation function to cater to international customers and an option to paste screenshots for a more visual approach to communication. Overall, it’s a highly effective tool for managing customer service and enhancing engagement. Hope to insert AI chatbot and use Chatgpt/Gemini
