This is a fantastic app, and has led to multiple sales due to prompt customer service. The distinctive sound the app makes when I get a message is easy to hear, and it's a very easy chatting platform to use. I love it!

please allow us to filter products based on tags and collection or any way, so we could send multiple products in chat to customers. That will be best. And also make it able about the customer queries if it match with any pre set questions with only one or two words. Rest all are best.

The inbox is a really easy to use on our Shopify store. I would give 5 stars but there is no email address to use to connect the inbox to the "contact us" and the doesn't seem to be a feature to integrate Meta messengers directly to Inbox even though I've seen this in online videos for Shopify Inbox.

You're missing out on converting POTENTAL customers into PAYING CUSTOMERS. Admin dashboard UI is great and easy to use.

Outil qui augmente et aide au contact avec les nouveaux clients, les commandes en préparation, le service après-vente. Client saisit l'opportunité de la fenetre proposé pour surfer autrement et faire progresser son idée. Intéressantes possibilités d'insérer des liens vers des produits et avec une image vignette ! Difficile d'accès avec le mobile (GSM, téléphone portable), dommage.

Very good. Seems to be a little laggy between phone and computer. It usually appears on phone immediately and sometimes message doesn't show up for up to 5 minutes on the computer. Other than that works great!!
