Great feature. The only thing that I'd suggest is the ability for merchants to contact customers regarding their order, using inbox.

All good, it does what it should do. The only problem, but I think it's more of a Shopify issue, is that sometimes on the mobile app it does randomly log out and I can't know, so I stop receiving notifications.

More features would be nice. Ability to flag or label for followup for example.

★★★★★ Shopify Inbox is fantastic! The chat messaging is simple, clean, and incredibly easy to use. Navigation is smooth, the design looks great, and installation plus setup took no time at all. Absolutely a 5-star experience! Update: Would like to see Ai added to this. So, we have an automatic reply to customers. I know there's quick replies, but not as good. Still 5 stars though.

It's good to keep you updated on customer inquiries and having the chat option on your website is a great feature. The AI suggestions need a bit of work and it can be annoying when the AI takes over generating a response when all you want to do is quickly reply - you have to wait till it generates a reply (which is often wrong), delete it, then type your actual response. It would be nice if we could stop the generated response on demand.
