Edited: I wish the 'Instant Answers' had rich html so we could add Bold, Italic, and URL's into those answers to direct customers with more clear messaging. App is working great and love that it is free.

If the customer enters their email (using the online store chat) and an account is created without a password, then they can create a password by resetting their password directly on the customer accounts page. That being said, depending on the type of customer accounts that you're using, you may also be able to send a password reset (https://bit.ly/3ZOTOgP) to your customers. Looks easy to set up and use but from client perspective the chat icon bugs everytime they try to initiate a chat. When they clic on the icon, it desepears and the website freeze completetly. It is so bad for client experience. How to avoid that? So for now i had to disable it.
This is a great app. It enables you to connect with prospective customers and assist them with purchases or assist with customer service issues efficiently.
Works quite well. Have not experienced any issues. Love the AI replies ... so spot on! Also love the ability to put messages in certain categories. Really like this app!
very cool App! really great!. Would it be possible, if a customer chats with you, to see on which page he/she ist?

At the top of the conversation view, you should see the name of the page that the buyer was on when they initiated the conversation. The page information does not update, and it will only reflect the page where the conversation was started. Great app - so functional and so good for my store and built in to shopify- have been using it for a few weeks now - cannot imagine life without it.
As a basic chat that you can easily put on your website it works like a charm. I wish it had some more features, but I will continue to use it and hope for more features in the future.
I have had this app installed about a month and so far it works good. Notifies me when a customer sends a message and hasn't crashed. So far I have been very happy with it.
Doesn't support multiple stores... Makes you logout/Login to change stores... we have many Shopify stores and need to be able to quickly switch between them just like the Shopify app allows. And since this is messaging its even more crutial to have instant access to respond to customers - if we are not logged into the app with the correct store we wouldnt get the message... Fix this otherwise this is useless

This service is awesome and so easy to use! highly recommended for anyone with a shop on Shopify. Looking forward to see what else this can do!
I am having this error for more than 2 months. "An error occured: Could not login to Inbox, please try again later (1000)" Asked for support and haven't had any support. Yesterday, I deleted the sale channel but it is back on my sale channel list. (How!!!) Can anyone help me use or delete this thing?

It is a very good tool to have to further your providing service and building relationships with potential customers. They system is simple and true to the function and purpose. Highly recommend.

This app makes my life easier especially the auto forward to customer's email when the customer is offline.

Love this app. It allows us to close the deal promptly while customers are still interested. The app also identifies customers and their order info, making our investigation a lot faster. The best thing is that I can see any instant messages right on my phone and answer right away. Don't need to always sit in front of a computer anymore. Great app, highly recommended!
The app is great and it definitely has helped us provide better customer support and user experience in our shop.
It's a great app when you're using the desktop version within the store, but 1 star gets knocked off for the mobile version. Mobile is sloooow and buggy and long conversations with a customer make the app almost unusable.
We are very happy with this app. It has been very useful. We haven't used other apps and therefore we can't compare. Nothing to add and therefore we give it a 5 stars.
Awesome entry level chat, for startups. Would love to have features like changing the name of the sender (me) to anything I want without changing the main options like the shop name etc. But overall very good, and free. Could not ask for more
