I really like using this app. The only issue I am having is getting my notifications. With that said, I am able to capture my customer and get sales and I feel it is because I have that instant connection.

Its free and better integrated than the alternative from Meta. So its a no brainer to at least try and see if it fits your needs. The android app is not amazing. And I wish it also had a windows app or better webapp where you could stay logged inn more permanently.

Makes my life so much easier. I love having all my messages in on place and well organized. Big bonus alos goes to the possibility of sending product links or discounts directly from the app.

Shopify inbox is wonderful. The client insights and communication options are second-to-none. In my opinion and personal experience as a solopreneur, if you're not using Shopify to run your product-based business - be it B2B or B2C - you're doing it wrong. Everything I've used on the platform to date is user-friendly and is constantly being refined. Their customer service is super helpful, knowledgeable and speedy. They've made excellent app recommendations with regard to my business needs and their resources are robust. You can tell they pay attention and care about the apps being added. Everything works as it should (or better) and zero scams have happened. Again, this is just my opinion. I've been using this platform for around 3-4 years now and am so happy I made the switch. Thank you, Shopify. 5 stars.

PCでもスマホでも対応できるので助かってます 商品のタグをつけられるのでおすすめの商品も提案しやすいです。 また自動応答設定も簡単なので休業日にはその旨も自動的に伝えてくれるという点も良いです。 ただし返答した回答をお客様が確認したのかが分かるともっと良いです。

Easy to use, notifies me right away, easy to set up for common Qs, works well on both phone (iPhone) and desktop (Mac).

Only I have a huge problem with the csv, why isn't it possible to download a simple csv, put in the info and upload it back again?

Shopify does require certain columns to be included in uploaded CSVs, so it's important to download one of our CSV templates and structures your uploads around that. I really like the app, but would like it better if you could search for a message instead of going through each one.

It works well. Somehow, I still miss some of the notifications. If the notifications kept coming until answered, that would make it near perfect.

The app works well and does as it should for an easy online chat app. I wish that you could attach images in the chat to better assist customers, I have to ask them to email me for that. I would also like it if I could send more than one link at a time and have it popup as a preview window. Lastly, there are issues with the shopify inbox on my computer communicating to the shopify inbox app on the cell phone. I will read a message and mark it closed yet I still have the notification on my app and no unread messages in the "open" section. Just a small glitch. Notifications are persistent and not as customizable as they should be. Could be slightly improved and be really wonderful!
