Excellent app. Our sales conversion dramatically improved after the installation. Builds in customer relations with human touch and our premium customer service in a concrete way. We managed to recover abandoned carts that would be lost forever only relying in the automated emails. On/off switch or automation for working hours would be a plus. Overall, excellent app.
So far so good! Seamless integration with my store is great. It is simple, but gets the job done well. I removed a competitor chat app and added Shopify's, instantly got 5 interaction points in less than a day which was much more frequent than my last chat.
Why didn't I install this sooner? Great simple little app. Would love to see future additions of email support and a separate option to add a contact form for people who choose not to use the chatbot.
Nice, simple chat app, but lacks crucial features. It's extremely lacking in being able to receive emails, which is what we thought an "inbox" would automatically include, like a native email inbox similar to Pipedrive. The web app UI fonts are a bit large to read. Also, would be nice to have a settings toggle to turn off collecting people's name and email as a requirement to initiate the chat. That should be optional in our new privacy era we live in.

Its has the right features and good integration that you need with any chat client. The only place its lacking is the customization of the look and placement on the website which should be granular otherwise its egoistic when you expend to dominate a single spot on the website which is prime for a lot of services.
Exceptionally helpful application. Simple to chat with my clients from any where. The automated message is perfect. also, the best thing is one stage for all inboxes including Instagram, Facebook, and Shopify
Very handy app. Easy to communicate with my customers from anywhere. Auto response is great. when i cant respond in time it does auto reply.
Great app runs smoothly and hopefully, additional features will be developed. Cant go wrong with a shopify developed app.
Handige app maar niet als je webshop meerdere talen heeft. Je kunt je automatische berichten niet vertalen in meerdere talen.
I liked this app to communicate with customers on my store. I did miss one contact, they left a message but I was not notified by email at all. I only saw it weeks later when I was logged in. I've since set my phone not to put this app to sleep so that might help. Otherwise its seems to work well.
This is an amazing free app. Having amazing feature of sending product links just like WhatsApp catalog. Almost no use of the WhatsApp plugin, which is a paid app.

Wir benutzen die App und sind größtenteils zufrieden damit. Gerne hätten wir noch weitere Anpassungsmöglichkeiten, dann würden wir mehr Sterne vergeben. Zum Beispiel würden wir gerne das "Chatte mit uns" vom Wording her ändern

Good for keeping in contact with customers. I am new using it, is my first time testing it. Hope customers will like it.
This app is not elegant. Would require you keep someone on staff 24/7. You lose the option to be able send necessary items like return shipping labels, because PDF is not a valid attachment. Prospects ask anything that pop's in their head. AND , I receive a notice of request in my email but can't respond without going into an app. Does not work on my phone, because I don't access full shopify on my phone when I'm out of the office. NOR do I want to be available 24/7 !

In this case, you may find the third-party app, Tidio - Live Chat & Chatbots (https://bit.ly/3GDh5Ku), more suitable for your needs. Tidio offers both live chat and chatbots, so you can use the app in the office and the chatbots can answer the more common questions when you're out of the office.
