Great app. Really like the instant answers for repeat questions from customers ie 'what are your store hours'. LOVE the price.

So far, so good. The application has worked great and right after setting it up I already had multiple messages. Really think it helps inform customers of our product and probably will convert to sales.

A quick way for customers to contact us and ask questions about the availability of products or about products we sell. Had some recent problems with Nigerian cons sending me multiple chat requests to my inbox. I blocked them on my end, but wonder if there is more that Shopify can do to stop these scam artists.

Very easy to set up and configure. It had collected and preserved my business messages until I was able to access them. Now I can respond with ease and get an immediate response from my global suppliers and contractors.

I used this app to provide real time customer care. I love when it shows the customer's email and order number that the request pertains to as well as the showing of the customer's current cart items. It will be even better if I can paste screenshots directly in the message box instead of needing to make it a file then attach. Also if I can 'like or love' the customer's message directly as if in the actual chat program, that would be great.

Works great to communicate with customers. Only downside is having to sign in all the time if you get notified and don't have the web page or app loaded already. It's not too much hassle but if a customer is waiting live then it will consider you "away" and might end up emailing them by the time you reply.

This app has cut our emails down significantly--only wish they had an emoji option to add when talking to customers.

I absolutely love the app because my customers often contact me through it and I'm able to answer any questions they have. It increased my convertion. More money for me = 5 stars for the app:)
