Notifications are timely and easy to address on my phone or the computer. The auto-answers option is awesome.
The inbox really helps communications with customers. I'd like to have the app send an email to my inbox once I get a message.
Works great.. we are happy.. also nice with the prewritten questions and answers. Made life a little bit easier for us.
The website inbox function works fine but the integration with FB and IG has been taking me months to sort out the problem, and it's still not solved! Shopify Help Desk hasn't been able to solve it by far. Any one has issue with integration before and may I know how to tackle it? Thanks.

Great app giving details of cart value if any etc. Perfect when customers need a little extra live help to get them across the line.
This app is really helpful. My only complaint is it allows only 1 store. I have 3 that I currently manage for different pieces of our company. It would be nice to manage them all without having to log out and log back in, ESPECIALLY on my mobile app.

It's great to have the opportunity to be close to your customers at anytime and be able to guide and help.
Easy to use! Adding it to a second website! Not sure if I like having FB and IG integrated with it, but all messages are in one place.

Good app but loads and alerts me of messages very slowly. Many times customers have left before I am able to reply to them. Is there a way to speed it up?

Fantastic free application. I was able to cancel my paid chat subscription and found this works as well or better for free.
Great to be able to have instant contact with my clients. It's quick and allows me to convert a query into a sale very efficiently.
Needs to be able to send and receive sms and mms messages to compete with other ecommerce platforms.
