Great apps, but we want our whatsapp also can include in the shopify inbox. can you guide us on how to do it?

At this time, it is not possible to integrate WhatsApp messaging with Shopify Inbox, although I will be sure to pass your comments onto our app development team. I like this app, it has landed me some good sales one way or another. Its a good way to start a conversation with a customer. My only problem with it is that it needs to have an option to block fake users. I nearly removed the app as I was getting spammed with suspicious links from what was clearly a bot. It has stopped for now though.

The app is nice, what is not nice is that you make me write more than 100 carachters to tell you something that you should care with a few words.

É ótimo centralizar comunicações pelo Shopify Inbox e ter acesso rápido aos links dos produtos, cupons etc. Para melhorar, uma integração com o WhatsApp seria perfeita!

Super easy to set up and like the follow up emails. The custom messages (quick replies & instant answers) are great as we have a very niche business. It would be nice to see our visitors in real-time via Shopify Inbox (our previous chat app had this feature). Also, any way you can add a document upload? Currently, you only offer an image

This is feature is amazing! I wish the 'contact us' form would flow into Shopify Inbox, too, as to reduce the number of inboxes our team has to check. I think a Desktop App for Macbook would be useful, too.
