We are not able to get ringing notification on phone when a custer is jumping on the chat to solve the concerns.

If you're having issues with getting notifications from Inbox, this is likely due to the app not having the permissions needed to send notifications. Please, access the 'settings' area of your mobile device and then look for 'notifications.' From there, find the Inbox app and select it. This has helped us answer questions quickly for our customers and has helped obtain orders! It is easy to use.
This has evolved into a great way for us to capture customer queries. we are very happy with how it works and is proving great at capturing customer details as well.
I'm sent in an endless loop of account verification when I try to see our inbox messages, sometimes that app gives prompts in German and Spanish (when we are only set to English). There is no way to see the messages. No idea how to use this app.

it is working well. very quick answers are expected by customers but app works well and updates quickly

The app started off pretty rough, but Shopify has done a great job of improving it. Highly recommend as it integrates nicely with the Shopify dashboard.
The app is fantastic however the only downside is the tracking details lack information. It just tells you that the order is either fullfilled or unfulfilled which is insufficient for clients.
works really well, pop ups on your phone, can tag items for customers so see, and i love how you can customise your auto answers
Great app for communicating with customers. Makes things a lot easier rather than having to manage in email. No chance of customers communication going into SPAM
instagram request messages dont show images, which is a hassle. otherwise its pretty useful to have all messages in one platform
All I'm getting lately is spam! How do you get rid of this? The only way I see is to get rid of this app. I asked a support question and all the so-called experts came after me! Now it's wasting my time

So far so good. The app is generating sales and very happy with how it is performing. It was easy to set up too.
It is good app to sale online and very helpful to expand any type of business thanks to shopify and team
I love this app because it is so much easier for the customer to get in contact with me and vice versa.
Crappy spam messages . Never a legit lead. #ew . Run away from this spam embarrassment!! Why do I need 100 characters to explain crap ?

The app is good and functions - but the customization is severely lacking. Our shop is all digital goods so we don't have tracking numbers or order tracking, however there is no option to remove "Track My Order" instant answer. You also can't customize simple text fields that should be customizable. Fix those, and the app will be great.
