very helpful and easy to have conversation with my customers on the go. So glad I have this it help me to capture a lot of sale.
The app has been a big help to us so far in terms of liaising with customers and providing quick answers to people without our input. There are a few things needing to be ironed out, but overall we like it a lot and look forward to seeing improvements. A few issues to note: * Notifications on iPhone never go away, so it always looks like there's a message to respond to (red number on the app icon). * Syncing between users and devices seems a bit buggy (conversations closed or assigned in one place don't seem to appear that way elsewhere). * We are getting a lot of spam messages come in via Instagram especially and it would be good to have a way to block or filter them rather than wasting time on them. * It would be good to be able to style the chat button via CSS more so than we can now. * Being able to hide the chat button on certain pages more easily would be great.

So far so good! Easy to set up, works smoothly and customers seems to be using it successfully. Good organisational aspect to the app too!
It's efficient. I don't have to go in and out of social media. I can work and respond to a question or comment and keep it pushing.
I am getting used to it. It takes a little time to fully understand the potential. The app is good. The instructions and video could be much better.
This app is the most significant improvement to my store since the "If You Liked That, Then Try This". Smart, efficient, my customers like it, and I like it as well. However, it now means I can never be away from the store, since it works beautifully on my mobile device as well.
The app is okay. But we need to be able to customize it more. Because I want to add a button on the product page instead of being always active on the website. We need a bit more functions like z index and custom placement possibilities.

Meh. Not seamless. To many screens before I get to inbox. I don't like frames. Would like to be able to resize frames to my liking.

Very useful app. Helps increase conversion through better and quicker service. Easy too use and love it has a cell version.
It's really good, but not as good as some 3rd party apps. I like how I can like products and make recommendations, but I experience lag, transmission errors, and the alerts seem delayed at times.
It is nice app to use, I wished it had more options such as multi-image attachment or files during the chat, also you should ad a search box to find the products from our website and suggest certain products out of our catalog to the customer right there and then otherwise we have scroll up and down thousands times to find one product. also the title of the subject line is cut half way so we do not know what products the customer is inquiring about and there should be a link to the product to our website in case we need to check details of the products with customer.

Shopify Inbox is efficient and excellent, this app is absolutely essential at creating excellent purchasing experiences and assisting customers through the purchasing process.
Before I can open "in box" on home page, now I have to go to App and Sales channel to open it. It is more steps
I have found the Shopify inbox to be very helpful to get back to customers when they are on my website and have questions that will help them with their purchase options. Even if I miss them at the time they are on the chat, I can always respond thru email.
It is easy to use, and helpful for our customers. Would be nice if we were able to see order details within the app instead of having to jump over to a new tab and look it up.

Buena experiencia. Se nota que está hecha para una buena comunicación con el cliente/potencial cliente. Lo único que no encuentro aun es cómo archivar una conversación una vez que ha sido resuelta, pero estoy seguro que no he buscado bien.
Its so useful and the integration with social media means I can reply to customers asap. The automated tracking is the best. I am very happy!
