I use this app to consolidate all enquiries about our product (ex. email) It makes it easy to talk to customers directly and in a timely mannner.

We have been looking and testing chat inboxes for such a long time. Thank goodness we found and tried this one. Absolutely everything you need. You will however need to be patient and allow some time to set this up. For those who are not computer savy, I understand the frustration but it is worth taking the time to Youtube and Google answers if needed. Or reach out to support. We integrated this chat with our Instagram and Facebook messaging platforms (which Shopify guides you through). You will also need to add the mobile app so your messages come through 24/7 if you wish them too. Love the instant replies and the features. Thank you Shopify team.

Great built-in solution from Shopify that allows you to directly talk to customers. It has been very helpful as it allows us to give our expertise and advice to clients when it comes to professional gear.

Hello, we really hope that the Shopify Inbox can add a option that only the clients who have ordered / the clients who have registered can send us the messages. Because now we do not provide the cutomised customer service to all the clients. Thanks.

Handy, nicer to have a native alternative to Intercom. The sync between Facebook seems to be intermittent as not all messages show up and if someone replies to a customer message within Facebook, it doesn't show up in Inbox.

Todo genial! La verdad es que funciona de maravilla y se integra a todos los canales de venta. MUY RECOMENDABLE. El único problema es que, los correos de notificación no se pueden desactivar y se mandan a todos los empleados de la tienda. ¿Alguien le pasa lo mismo? Por todo lo demás, excelente.

Brilliant app, works well once you've got all you integrations set up. Has helped us convert a lot of sales! Love how you can see the actions customers take with their cart while the chat is happening. Also, we have found that customers can send pictures by replying via email (even though your documentation says customers can't send pictures). It would be handy though if they could attach pics directly via the chat window

Great app, very useful and helpful to make a sale. I need to play around with other options for how it notifies me, but appears to have capabilities for more interactions

Customers can't send pictures to us, I don't know when this function will be added, it's too inconvenient

Shopify's Inbox app is very clean, straightforward and does what it should! I am pleased with it so far.
