This is feature is amazing! I wish the 'contact us' form would flow into Shopify Inbox, too, as to reduce the number of inboxes our team has to check. I think a Desktop App for Macbook would be useful, too.

Simple and easy to use. Notifications are available which makes it easy to use. Much recommended for all small business users.
je ne trouve plus le lien sur la pannel admin pour acceder a shopify inbox ? Depuis le nouveau lifting ila disparu et introuvable dans les onglets
Very good access to customers via app. Not sure if quick replies can be accessed by all staff or just on individual apps.
Interesante propuesta y gratuita. Sin embargo me parece que aun falta integrar bien el direct message con Instagram
I'm happy that my customers are able to reach out to me at any time without sending an email. We are definitely getting more inquiries about our product. I downloaded the app to my phone, but it seems there is a lag in time, and most of the time, it says the customer is now offline and my message will be sent as an email. I'm not sure if I can fix that. I guess its time to check out Shopify Community to see what other people are doing with this feature.

Quando si vendono prodotti generici relativamente economici, i clienti hanno aspettative di servizio diverse rispetto a quando acquistano prodotti personalizzati costosi, quindi è necessario comunicare con i clienti in modo tempestivo e Inbox mi aiuta a tenermi in contatto con i clienti.

Loving the simplicity and ease of this app and am excited about its possibilities. I hope that it can record sales based on customer service agent chats.
This app is very important as it helps connect with potential clients while highlighting the items in their cart.

I can't delete them, deleted the app and it still stays on the left side of the shopify backend. I searched for inbox in the app store and it shows me the status of the app already installed.
It was a great trial we had for this product... we may use it in the future. For now we will explore other options

Provides the chat feature we wanted but there is a performance trade off for website speed (67 down to 47). While this isn't impacting end-user experience (pages still delivering in <2s) it is something to be aware of. The ability to assign particular chats to staff is useful in a larger shop than our but a nice feature. Mobile access is another great feature that in our shop we don't fully leverage but it has come in handy more than once. If it's possible to make it more lightweight I can easily see a higher rating.
