Me encanta porque tengo la facilidad de responder a todos los mensajes desde un mismo chat, ademas de poder asignar conversaciones a otros empleados, la respuesta es inmediata y pienso que eso es fundamental para la confiabilidad.
Definitely simplifies our lives. Instead of having to provide and control user accesses to multiple inboxes from different platforms, you can do it all here while also assigning it to a specific user within your shopify organization. very practical!
Great app but need more flexibility. Please add ability to add collections (not just products) and link to pages (instead of full URL) on shopify site within instant answers and when replying. Please also add ability to integrate chat in contact us page and as a link to pop open a chat box from anywhere (e.g. from product page) vs. just the static icon floating at the bottom of the page. Please allow more customization of the chat button including text / font / bold and outline color so for instance a black button shows up when over black because there is a white outline.

Perfect an just what my store needed. Plus side it is free. Shopify need to make more apps for free like this
Happy that I get to chat with my potential customers and current customers through this. It is effective to convert people. Most of all as this is a free service I will continue to use it.
Very easy to navigate and useful to communicate with customers. We are very pleased and happy with the app!
this is a great feature - just one small thing that would make it immensely better - some sort of stand alone application. being forced to use a browser has its downsides. but... the mobile app is great with it. just wish it had an accompanying windows app. if it did - its a no brainer 5 star

This app has been incredibly helpful in giving quick support to customers while they're actively shopping on the site. I wish it were able to give more insights about the customer while I'm chatting with them. It does give some details about items being added/removed to the cart, but I wish I could know what page they were currently on and exactly what items were in their cart so I could better understand issues they may be experiencing.
Introduced as a communication tool with customers. At first, I was really in trouble because there were a lot of push sales by various people, but when I increased the number of automatic reply email registrations, it decreased a little. After that, this chat was really useful for communicating with the customers who purchased it. We look forward to working with you in the future.
amazing and very easy to use. The product's attachment makes it easier to communicate to customers. Looking forward to having more features in the future ..

I just loaded and so far like it! Really like the add product option! We have already converted orders in the first 48 hours. Would be nice if I could respond to chats on my cell! It does not optimize for the cell phone. Also would like chat notifications on my cell. So much better than the chat app I was on and much cheaper! Steve

I love that the customer question came directly to my email and allowed me to respond to him in real time. We thrive on providing excellence and this allowed me to do just that! Love it!!!
The app works pretty well. No need for any other chat box. They make it easy to send products and any other helpful information to customers.
Everything works great, and that is the most important thing to me. Correspondence with customers is easy with this app.
Die App ist eine große Erleichterung in der Kommunikation mit den Kunden! Ein paar Punkte könnte man noch verbessern: Integration mit Instagram Nachrichten funktioniert in der Inbox leider nicht (nur auf Facebook). Es wäre außerdem super wenn man Notizen an einen Chat anhängen könnte und die Sofortantworten könnten ein paar mehr Zeichen vertragen. Man ist hier schon sehr eingeschränkt mit der geringen Zeichenanzahl. Wir nutzen die Sofortantworten nämlich als FAQ. Ansonsten super :)
