It does what it's designed to do. I wish there was a link to the page my customer is contacting me on. It just gives me the page title which can be hard to find sometimes and not very efficient for a fast response time. You have to always have the Inbox tab open to get desktop notifications for open conversations. Other than that, it works fine just had some design suggestions.

I'm happy to let you know that I've gone ahead and passed that request along to our Product Team for their considerationally. In regards to notifications, you can consider downloading the Shopify Ping web app to your store from your appropriate, official webstore and you should be able to receive notifications through that application, and not just through the open Inbox Tab of your browser. This app has helped me reach the pinnacle of customer service. It has also helped me help answer customers questions whilst they are checkout to seal the deal.

I wish it would take me automatically to the store I have it linked to without having to relog in for whatever reason, and let me use the enter button, so I can professionally write e-mails without it going one line. Other than that, I'm pleased, just wish there'd be a noise or something on the notifications so I can respond faster

By all accounts, everyone using Chat in our company love it, and customers seem to be willing to use it often for their even smallest question, which is great.

I like seeing customer details ( eg their order number or 'add to cart' info) with their chat. Its good that it merges with FB messenger

I didn't think I would like this app at first, due to some differences with the chat app I used on my old website. However, I actually really like this one! I really like how the chat threads stay in the system just like text messages, they don't disappear when the customer leaves the chat.

Great to have it all in one place so customers can reach me and I can either message straight back or get back to them at a later time.

It is ok, but I would prefer to have the people contact directly on my email if they need something, that way I see it and do not miss anything.

Would be even more helpful if we can connect to other apps such as what's app and emails. It's simple and easy to use.

I love it! but I wish there would be a quicker bottom to activate and deactivated without logging separately (it's just repetitive, we have to log in to get into the account and then do it again for the chat)

Super helpful for managing in real time the customers on the page, helps close deals and alleviate the unknowns for our customers by having someone to chat to. This also provides a tonne of social proof

so far it seems good but it would be nice to be able to customize the track my order message. right now the answer is to generic and just says Order was fulfilled. being able to add a link to the tracking would be much better!

Bonne application en générale. Nous avons plusieurs sites de commerce et malheureusement l'application ne permet pas d'être authentifié sur deux sites en même temps. De plus, ça ne rassemble pas tous les messages des différents canaux. Fonctionne bien malgré tout, work in progress et pour le prix, on ne peut pas se plaindre.

The integration with shopify is very nice. Order information, number, customer. It's all there. Only thing is that the app on my iphone is quicker than the website. Sometimes the browser is like a minute slower with the message. Not perfect for a chat app.

I really like this app. Very easy to use. My only complaint is that it is a little buried in my Shopify store--took me a while to find it
