Das Handling ist super, wenn man noch eigene Ordner machen könnte wäre es perfekt. Unsere Kunden schätzen den Service sehr! Auch dass man direkt Produkte in die Unterhaltung einfügen kann.
so far it's great.. it allows me to answer a customer question as they are shopping. I really love that it then shows me what they are putting in their cart, so that I can potentially make other suggestions. I get way too many solicitations for marketing help from fivr people, and I'd love to be able to delete their texts, leaving only legitimate customer conversations.
I like how I can access my stores chat on the computer or on my phone. It helps me run my own CS without hiring someone, because I can literally engage with my customers from any point in my life.
一時期日本語変換する度にメッセージが送信されてしまうエラーがあり、使いにくかったのが、改善されて使いやすくなりました。自動返信メッセージがもっと増えて日本語対応も更に柔軟に対応いただけると嬉しいです。
It works good but need little more improvement in accuracy, notification and instigation. Overall works good.
Add new features. the interface is more friendly now. It can do basic communication. hope to see more helpful and interesting features in the future. UPDATED if the app can add a search chat feature, that would be more helpful. UPDATED please improve to seeing videos from FB messenger attachment. UPDATED: The customer cannot share images and videos until now. Hope this feature comes up soon. Thank you

Decent. I don't understand why we can only set one set of hours per day in the settings. We're not allowed lunch times? Right now I can only say open from and then closed. It would be a lot more useful if I can send a different message (away message) for our lunch time.

It is possible to set an away message within Inbox, and when you set it to active the message will automatically send to customers. Super! Besonders praktisch ist, dass Produkte direkt über den Chat dargestellt werden können und die bisherigen Bestellung des schreibenden Kunden angezeigt werden.
Great app saving time to reply on messages coming from Facebook / Instagram channel and also it have great features to sell directly in the chat. Downside is that the appearance could not be customised (styled).
Ich mag, dass alles so schnell und einfach funktioniert, alles ist sauber und gut geordnet. Was ich mir sehr an Shopify Nachrichten wünsche ist, dass die Nachrichten nicht Versendet werden wenn man auf Enter drückt, sondern dass man dafür auf einen Knopf drücken muss, das wäre einen Super Update.
I just started using it a few weeks ago but it seems to be working well so far! I like that it will send responses to the customers email if I'm not available to respond right away
so far i love it, its efficient and quick. it gives a more personal feel on my website, and i love having a quick way for my customer to reach me :)
Great app! Works well and has helped increase my sales. I use it almost every day on both my phone and desktop and allows me to communicate with my customers quickly and anywhere!
I really like this app for customer relations. I use it for customer chats through our website and Facebook.
no support for language translation. what a fluke. other than that quite good no workflow on top of a default FAQ.

Of all the live chats, this one is one of the best. The biggest issue I have with it is the lack of support for people to send emails directly in. If they had this I would definitely use it, however due to the lack of this I still require some other software to manage when people reply to emails that are sent.

So far so good! The customers seem to be enjoying being able to contact us directly from the site. It's also great that there are built in automations that the customer can use when we're not online.
I like this app! It gives me an opportunity to connect with my customers when they are actively browsing my website. I haven't come across any issues using the app. I like that I can use it on my desktop as well as on my mobile.
This is a good app, I think it can help me sell better...............................................
So far, I am really loving this application. It is so nice to see my messages in one place! I also find it convenient that I can see when I have messages whenever I log into Shopify.
