Help us to communicate with my customers. It's better if I can view the pictures of my products when my customer contacts us.

It is a great app. I was looking for an app where clients can connect with me without leaving the page. Not only does it allows that in real time, not only is it free but it allows we to provide them important FAQ for shipping and return policy that they ask me all day since no one ever reads anything. Best of all, it is free.

I used the app and instantly I was able to engage with the customers who were visiting our channel. Thanks to that, losing no leads.

Really good app - not just for messaging with customers but also the FAQs and quick answers. Just hope that promised Instagram link works well. One request is that variants can be linked to from the app linked to the generic product type isn't good enough.

The app has come a long way. Search is new which is good. Just the labels or tags would be great. We might be far away but an integration into WhatsApp would be revolutionary. AI is going good

This app is useful, easy to use, I use it in my store and I recommend using it. To the dev: I would suggest making an improvement on the contact, where we have the user name and bellow we have messaged you from [Page title], currently, it shows only the page title and it's not enough, would be good if we add some unique information like SKU or the link to the page, a lot of users contact me and asking me a question about the product without saying the product name.

This app is fantastic. We're able to help clients wherever we are from a phone/ipad/laptop without any issues -- additionally it's helped close a ton of sales and maintained our reputation for fast client support. Great features throughout and easy to setup and customize. It would be amazing if there was a search component so I could find a conversation containing a particular word, order number, date, or name. I find myself needing to go back regularly to capture details and it's a lot to manually go through. Great job on this app overall, it's critical to our everyday business!

I really love this app. I have gotten more customers because people can chat with me directly and with the automated messages, they can get responses quick. It's so helpful! I highly recommend!

Great App, so far so good! Only issue is my products arent linking to the chat even if i have selected the Availability Option on the products themselves

I like the app the only thing that made me give it three stars is everytime i log in it state we were unable to authenticate you you must confirm your account before logging in. So fustrating.

Transformed our ability to quickly react to customer enquiries and being able to extend support. Has had a definate positive impact on being able to turn an enquiry into a definate sale.

So far, I have found it helpful. Unfortunately the first few days it didn't load so now that it has I have apologized to those customers. I can already see how answering questions promptly will assist our sales. Many of those writing to us have items in their cart already and just need a bit more assistance.
