After installing this app. I have started receiving many messages, which are nuisance sometimes. However interaction with potential customers actually give more relief to them which, I believe, lead to worry free shopping. So overall this app. helps my business.
Do what it should do for free, after a week-end 5 chat opened, a sale that won't happend without it, occured. Good job. Even If I will probably move for something with more features it's the best app to start open chat on your store.

Helps conversions with immediate access to a customer in a lower part of the funnel. The rest is really upto you on a) how quickly you are able to respond (digital watch notifications help!) and b) if you are able to positively resolve the request
I like that I can see what the customer has in their cart when I chat with them, so I can personalize the conversation further.

So sosish app. On the plus side it's easy to use and integrate with Shopify. On the other hand, desktop version is pretty crappy (crashes frequently) and does not have basic things like a search function.
We use this and merge it with facebook and this is the hub for customer queries for us. Love it, and use it everyday. The only negatives are the timings on the automated messages as they seem to go out at random times, even though we have it set.
I have been using this app for one month. It collects all social communication in one place. Gives you a notification on the spot.
Chat is good but no way to turn off chat and just display FAQ after office hours. It would be perfect with that feature

I really enjoy getting to respond to IG messages on here. helps to make sure everyone has a timely response no matter what platform the message is from

Easy to use app. Only 1 thing has to be improved is the login process. For some reason I should log in every time when I receive questions from my customers.

Currently, you're asked to login everytime you want to use Inbox as a security measure to keep your conversations with customers safe and secure. Email Notification settings for new chats and new messages for existing chats are very limited. It is easy to miss a new chat or new message from a customer. There are Push notifications available if the iOS/Android app is installed, and there are Desktop notifications you can enable for Chrome, but what this app really needs is an actual Settings feature for Notifications.

Really handy app for keeping track of customer correspondence. Would love to be able to filter by message source (e.g. Shopify direct, Instagram), otherwise this has everything I need!
