I'm so grateful for this app! I have successfully converted sales by connecting directly to my customers and answering their inquiries. The Shopify Inbox added a layer of trust and professionalism to my store.

It functions well, but we desperately need the option to search through all conversations. For example for a product name or any other keyword.

Great overview! LOVE it!!! Use it as an app but alson on the computer. Me and my coworker collects all answers here which helps us know who has answered!

Shopify Inbox has simplified my interactions with customers. My email inbox is no longer cluttered with email chains from customers. And I'm getting many more inquiries now. I love the way that the Inbox shows what a customer has in their shopping cart. And I've been impressed with the automation that allows simple inquiries about shipping status to be automatically handled without any need for me to intervene.

Nice free app. The only thing that annoys me, is that enter automatically sends the message, and you need to hold shift to make a new line. There should be a setting to disable this, so you can only send by clicking "send"

I like the way this enables me to answer questions from customers. I use it to make sure they have everything they want. The email integration is a great tool for missed messages.

better than zendesk since we can have multiple users on the app at that same time. And it's free which is definitely a huge bonus for us since we are a small business without a lot of extra $$ for apps like this.

Works pretty well. Simple but efficient and free. The only issue is when sending a product to a customer, it shows some HTML code.

The app is simple and hasslefree. It seems to work extremely well and doesn't really have any shortcomings. We are looking at some form of integration with an AI system but it's early days yet but clearly we can see the potential is there although we assume that shop I will probably probably enhance its capabilities in this area over time. It certainly simple for the staff to use as it currently is to discuss issues with customers and also to upload attachments and instruction sheets.

We like this app, although we use Chrome and when we have a message I have to wait for the mail program to catch up to know about it. I've been through the steps to allow the indicator to no avail. If not for that it would be five stars. **UPDATE** This app is performing much better and not only does it inform me when I have a message, but it continues to remind me until it is answered. Way to improve and app!

Update: I am now re-using this app now that it has customer information, Notifications are working, It has a way to go before a 5 star app. Needs "Peek" see what customers are typing as they type. Big time saver. Also would like the ability to send a copy to my help desk when I need to. I tried this on SkinCareBySuzie.com, First the Pros: Love product cards the ability for the customer to add to cart or buy directly from the chat is another sales channel, (sorely lacking from other chat apps) The ability to give a discount coupon and the customer can just click on it and have it applied is a great feature. Mobile app works well. Now the CONS: WHERE is the customers order information? This does not have the customers order information integrated in the the inbox. In my opinion the is a must if you want to have efficient customer service. Many other chat apps have this, And this is Shopify so it surprised me that it was lacking it. Desktop notifications stopped working a few minutes after install. These 2 reasons were a deal breaker, Wish list: needs live visitor monitoring where you can see all visitor and who they are if they are logged in and what they have in their carts.
