notification tone should be something I mostly missed my online customers. and customers coming back again with different chats it should be one tab only for a single customer. by mistakingly i replied twice to many customers. Everytime i have to login for online chats

The ONLY APP I pay for in our 16 year old online shop, it's a fantastic app and easy to log in and be active or offline, you can even message all the ones you missed while sleeping right from the chat screen, on any computer you have or phone. The people who ask questions are interested in buying, this gives you the opp to guide them to the checkout full of answers to their questions. Best App ever!

It helps us communicate with our customers. It could be improved if they gave more options on where it is located on the website.

easy way to communicate with customers, fast and efficent. The iphone app works very well also, And sends to email when i'm out - highly recomended.

The Shopify Chat app has helped with conversions. We've generally found email inquiries are down and Chat numbers are up. Customers like the immediacy of it and we like the standard reply options. We'll see if we can keep up in the busy season. I wish it had an option to search previous conversations. if a customer starts a new chat, there is no way to find their earlier chat except for going back through all of the previous chats for the whole store. If a search option was added I'd give it 5 stars.

The app is very useful. I get my clients to chat very easily and closed the deals. Just one thing that I miss is if it could be on the checkout page or if we had the option to place the "Chat with us!" button anywhere.

So far so good. I wish it shows the SKU of the item the customers browsing instead of: XXX messaged you from xxx page.

This app is really great. My only real complaint is that customers cannot upload photos. This would be helpful for our business if this feature was added.
