I have been using this for the past month or so. I haven't had a lot of traffic, but the few interactions have been helpful and and some have led to sales from "unsure" customers.
working great! wish I would have found the app sooner! makes communicating with our customers easy and helping to boost sales!

I really like how simple it is to get every message at the same place, but I wish there were more automation possible (complete flows with answer choices for the customers) and there is also much room for improvement concerning bilingual sites.

Works great so far! I've been using it for months and it really helps with connecting with our customers and answering their questions efficiently.
it helps facilitate communication with customers and best of all its free. our customers use it daily
So handy for a small business with employees who take on multiple roles! Love that I can easily respond straight away on my phone as I go about my other work responsibilities, and that it syncs with Facebook, etc. Can't wait for the Instagram integration!
I used this app to communicate in real time with clients. It's a very useful tool to answer questions and help clients make a decision faster than email.

Excellent app with mobile app that makes sure you are always in contact with your customers. It's like having my store on messenger. Thanks for this fantastic app! Only feature I would love to see is a way to go back and select a different chat in a different store. Currently I need to log off and log into another store. Other than that, highly recommend.

Yes its great to have enquiries in one place and I find it very easy to answer to queries quickly. I think our customers really appreciate it!
It is a good app that allows customers to ask direct questions. however; the delay in getting the notifications sometimes means the customer has left the site. It does send the response via email but sometimes it would be good to interact with the customer straight away - otherwise a great app

So glad Shopify has added this feature. The app is downloaded to my phone and can be used on-the-go. Has already boosted my sales.
I expected more for this app. Somewhere along the line, i stopped getting notifications that there are new messages, and there were so many msgs just left there unanswered. It's so easy to not see the small grey numbers at the side of your screen! Very bad for business, i must have lost some sales just because of this app. Not to mention some replies won't go through at all.

I want to first say I am really appreciative to Shopify for putting out this app. I dont have a phone center, cant carry a phone with me everywhere, but people are finding this way easier to use than trying to email me or text me. We did have to put in the welcoming statement in the chat box that if we dont answer that their reply would be emailed or they could request a phone call, which seems to be working. I have nearly completely gotten my customers away from emailing me (which, the emails are constantly getting "lost in space" and to using the chatbox instead. I do however wish there was a way to save the old chats into a customer file so I could go back and review what we have discussed. That would certainly be a handy feature! But all in all its been a great add to communicating with my customers.
