Love that is is integrated. I never miss a message and love the way it is set up to send the message via what the customer picks to communicate
The chatbox is great to have only if we can respond in time. The notifications are quite late. This needs to be improved.

Nothing to add. Does it's Job very smoothly. It is embedded to your shop as a sales channel. FAQ and premade answers are a good tool.

We have seen an increase in sales from using Inbox to chat with customers with questions about specific products. The FAQ auto response is awesome and saves us a ton of time answering repeat questions. I really like that if we don't get back to a customer right away with their answer, our responses are sent to them via email. Great add on.
I love this - it allows me to provide assistance, share products and give discounts from anywhere! Highly recommened.
So far so good... very easy to set-up, use and manage ongoing whether it be on my mobile or laptop. Thanks for the added functionality Shopify!
This app makes it easier for me to monitor my selling channels and any customer interaction in one place. It has help in gaining sales and repeat customers
It is an excellent applications for responding swiftly to customers through their chatbox. I've used the app for a long time and recent updates have been very very kind to me with quicker notification pop-ups and faster messaging.
This is a great service. I believe there will be many improvements in the near future. But for me it's okay for now. Enough needs
Getting notifications but they are silent. Any chance of adding sound with reminders? How about a pop too.

I recently set up the app on my Shopify shop. I love being able to talk with customers and helping them online with their questions.
The app is amazing for business and really allows you to keep on top of customer inquires. It's a great opportunity to provide customer support, avoid chargeback and even make sales!!!

The app is great for the chat and customers love it. We need a place for customers to enter their name and for us to search for customers via name, as well as be able to search for keywords inside the conversations.

Astounded by how glitchy this is. Goes down at least 6 times a day, often for prolonged periods. Chatbox conversations interrupted with customers at mid stream. Incredible damaging to customers' perception of customer service and most certainly eliminates trust. The concept, when it works if fabulous. In practice, whoever rolled this out before it was ever ready for public consumption should be reviewed internally.

Garbage garbage garbage. How can a $6 billion company have such a junk app. Constantly says disconnected. Constantly says message send failed. Messages disappear to nowhere with no way to look at them later. No way to click the customers name and see their orders. No way to copy their name or email to paste into shopify. It's just crazy. So why use it? There is no upside.

It works perfectly for our store. I definitely recommend it. Easy to install and use it can help you communicate with your customers.
