It has potential but still needs improvement. I rarely get the notifications and miss chats often. While I'm covered with the email responses I would like to be more responsive to my customers. ** Update! Getting much better!! **** Next update*** Notifications are working great now! I changed to 5 stars!!

One thing we've noticed is that the 'adaptive battery' setting on some devices impacts notification delivery. Adjusting this setting on your device should allow you to get notifications as expected. Amazing, just installed this, works way better than FB chat! I like how you can add a product in there and how it tracks and shows what page the consumer was on when they clicked chat! **** TO IMPROVE PLEASEEEEEEE! Give an option to report SPAM---I'm getting 40% of my messages from developers and apps trying to sell to me!---I want to be able to block them. This is only for consumers, there should be a penalty to whoever gets blocked (e.g. companies trying to solicit business), I hope you add this block/spam feature.

Dit is een heel functionele app en een echte toevoeging aan het Shopify platform. Reeds veel klanten geholpen met de Inbox.
Fatta bene, da molte possibilità nella chat, come i messaggi automatici, le risposte rapide, condivisione dei prodotti e degli sconti. Adoro il fatto di avere l'app dedicata per il mobile e le integrazioni con messanger, apple chat, facebook..! Unica pecca, ha dei ritardi nella ricezione dei messaggi, a volte di 3-4 minuti che fanno perdere il cliente. Inoltre sarebbe bello se, quando il cliente apre la chat, potesse inserire il numero di cellulare in alternativa all'email. Ma so che shopify è in continua evoluzione ed anche questa app è stata ottimizzata ed aggiornata molte volte negli ultimi mesi, quindi miglioreranno anche questo ;)
It didn't seem to work on my phone, I don't know why, mine is Huawei Hongmeng system. Is this system not supported?

Till now, it is perfect. Very fast and convenient. It would be better if the page display icon can be fixed in one position, the suspension is very affecting the appearance.

I already had a "Contact Me" link on my site. Since adding the live chat, customer interaction has gone up considerably. Many have resulted in immediate sales.

j'utilise cett app pour faire mes vente en ligne c'est top fluide et felxible reste juste a ajouter un bloc pour les clients pour pouvoir envoyer des photos
The app is light, manageable on different devices, but most of the time it has hiccups or it doesn't work at all. Pity: it could be a real asset!

launched my website and made my first sale after 3 days! That may not sound like much as to other businesses, but it was for my small business and this chat was what made it happen because I was able to chat with the customer and she placed the order! so happy

I like the app because it helps me communicate with customers quickly which in turns increases sales. I also like that you can assign a team member to answer the chat.

It's easy to use, but as an instant chat tool, there is one place that your team needs to optimize, that is, when the seller has something to communicate with customers, the seller can't find the instant chat portal on the order page of shopify, so this suggestion is optimized to make the chat tool better meet the needs of seamless communication between merchants and customers. The chat feature is a good feature. It gives customers (and owners) a chance to ask questions and give answers, if not right away, within a reasonable time.

I had no issues with the app. I ditched facebook chat for this one on all my websites and I have absolutely no regrets!

Only thing i wish you could do is archive the messages or have something to clear them after you have replied
