I love this app. The inbox app has been so helpful to my website. It automatically provides answers to customers and gives suggestions. It is an added asset indeed and provides a unique feature.

Wirklich gute App! Allerdings wäre es super, wenn man weitere Anpassungen vornehmen könnte. Bzw. den "Text Area" von 44px auf 120px höhe erweitern könnte. Wenn man eine Hintergrundfarbe setzt, geht die Text Area ganz schön unter. Also ist nicht sehr accessible.

Need the ability for the app to actually not message on the phone when the hours are set to off or unavailable.
Thanks for your review! We have shared your idea of snoozing notifications during unavailable hours with our product team. In the mean time, you could try snoozing notifications on your device during certain hours. On iOS this is set under the "Focus" settings (i.e. you can silence only the Inbox app during specified hours). On Android this should be called "notification snoozing". - Shopify Inbox Team
Your AI tool is superb!!! Makes answering questions a breeze.
Great - I like the new AI feature. Hopefully it will learn more over time and responses become quicker and simpler
Simple system and now with AI helps answering messages
We like the idea of using the Shopify inbox on our site but in reality the app is too basic. There is no ability to universally select notification settings. Notifications are automatically set to ON and now everyone with access to our store is getting notifications. To switch this off - EVERYONE will need to individually enter the app and disable notifications for themselves. Even if you have 100 staff members who are nothing to do with customer service. That is bad app design. As the store owner I should be able to select who gets access to Shopify inbox and universally what the notification settings are. I think there also needs to be more functionality integrated around which staff members are currently available to take conversations - ideally auto allocating them to people on shift.

I like the app, but I wish there was a more convenient way to view inbox messages on the backend of Shopify, instead of having to click through to another page.
