I ran into an issue while setting up and Tiana took over at the end of anothers shift and was quick to respond and help. Still waiting on a respond from tech support on my original issue.

Apps work well and easy, unfortunately the e mail notification to inform the points expire is not working and we are waiting now for 1.5 yrs. It seems not to be apriorty. The support chat function works really well, Tania was really helpfull today changing the widget to the basic one again.

This allows you to send reminders to customers when their loyalty points are about to expire, encouraging them to redeem their points before the deadline. Since I'm new to the app I cannot speak to it's function yet - however if the app is as good as the customer service I got from HANA I expect great things. Usually when service is that good then everything else is too so I look forward to a long and prosperous relationship with Joy Loyalty

I am very happy and thankful to Hana for providing such great support. I’m not very well versed in these things and she was patient and helpful in my needs. I’ve used other apps before but I love Joy because it is easy to work with and the support is phenomenal

EN - Great app! It has depth and very customizable. We can translate all of our "text" to Hungarian. The team behind is very reliable, and they have very fast response time. They can also make customisations for us! HU - Mindenkinek csak ajánlani tudom, szuperül testre lehet szabni és minden szöveget le tudtunk benne fordítani Magyarra. A csapat az app mögött nagyon reszponzív és segítőkész csapat van. Emelett ha valamilyen egyedi kinézetet szeretnél abban is tudnak segíteni.

Been working with Joy multiple months now. We have been very satisfied with how things work here, including the seamless POS experience. Today we had some issues with changing layout of the app and Lydia was quick to respond and walk us through the process. Great experience!
