On a difficulty to set up scale it was maybe a 3 of 10, but the customer service was amazing. I did not have to battle a bot to get answers that did not help, and she helped make changes that were useful to what I am trying to institute. I definitely recommend this app.

Ottima app, stabile e con tante funzionalità disponibili. Molto apprezzabile che sia disponibile anche in Italiano e possa essere utilizzata sia per il webstore sia su Shopify POS. Il supporto è super gentile e si mette subito in moto quando c'è un problema. Sonny, Audrey, Hana, and Alyssa hanno sempre risposto in modo veloce e professionale a tutte le mie domande e richieste di supporto. Complessivamente molto contenti.

L’application est très intuitive et fonctionne parfaitement pour gérer un programme de fidélité professionnel. Mention spéciale à Audrey de l’assistance, qui est toujours réactive, claire et efficace. Son accompagnement a vraiment facilité la mise en place de l’outil. Je recommande.

Love the app and Hana was very helpful with support. The app was easy to set up and support was on stand by for any issues that popped up. Our customers love the ease of the program and customer service loves that they can add points when needed.

really good platform. Before i install this i tried 3 other apps. Other apps providing free plan but everything is limited if we try to change a single option i will ask to subscribe, but compare to that this app is really good. For the free plan also having enough features and 150 monthly allocation is enough to scale our project to take decision for the subscription. I had one customization because i setup a bottombar in my site but the floating icon overlap it. I open the chat option at late night 2 AM. But Abby replied instantly but mot only the reply within few mins they fixed me the issue. Really satisfied.

Super App und Super Support. Ich hatte anfangs ein paar kleine Probleme bezüglich Einstellungen. Live Support angeschrieben und es hat nicht lange gedauert und mein Problem wurde gelöst. Sogar an Sonntagen und Feiertagen und Ja sogar mitten in der Nacht wurde mir bei Problemen geholfen. Die App ist ansonsten sehr schön einfach aufgebaut nur die erste Eirichtung ist etwas schwierig, aber durch den sehr guten Support wird es einen sehr einfach gemacht.
