We are under the Free Trial currently, and we had a few questions. We contacted customer support, and Hana was amazing. They answered all our questions quickly and provided screenshots to help guide us through our questions. So far, we are liking what we see from Joy and we are considering signing on for it!

I’ve been working with Audrey, William, and Jade from the Joy app team, and they’ve been incredibly helpful so far! The setup process is still halfway, but everything has been done very quickly, and they keep me updated at every step. I really appreciate this kind of attentive and efficient service. I’m confident that my whole setup journey with them will be smooth and successful. Highly recommend!

The entire app team has been extremely supportive during the installation process. They are very responsive, and if a problem arises, it is quickly resolved. We are especially grateful to Hana, who has been assisting us since the beginning of our journey. We specialize in wine sales, and the app is perfect for us, offering great flexibility. It is easy for your customers to use.

Certain important functions seem to be harder to locate than they should be, The Condition portion should be labeled Program Settings and should have its own header, not buried in the dot dot portion of the reward type. As a business if I offer something one place, I'm going to offer it in the other so this setting should be global and only allow for individual shutdown in the specific reward if needed. Appreciated the help received from Audrey.

I’ve been using the Joy Loyalty Program for a while now, and I’m extremely satisfied with the tool. It’s intuitive, effective, and has really helped us engage with our customers. A special mention goes to the support and especially Mirra and Hana, whose support is absolutely outstanding – incredibly fast, friendly, and always helpful. It’s rare to experience such a high level of service, and it truly makes a difference. Highly recommended!

So we had a problem with the Joy Rewards app — from hereon renamed NO JOY (LOL). The "No Joy" app was NOT recording any points for our Draft Orders. Whenever we processed Draft Orders for our customers, they were not seeing any points added to their account. And "No Joy" had no way to fix this; their customer support was not able to help with this — CRAZY! Here's what I did to resolve the problem that the "No Joy" app created... 1. First, I loaded an app that can record reward points for draft orders. The Appstle app does that. 2. Next, I downloaded all of our Draft Orders from the date range we were using the "No Joy" app. 3. Then I calculated the missing points for each transaction. 4. Finally, I imported/merged the points for each transaction into the customer accounts in the Appstle app. Now all our customer points are correctly merged into the customer’s accounts in Appstle, so we’re back up to speed. And now I will delete "No Joy".

We’d like to clarify that when the earning rule is set to “Online Store”, the app only applies points to orders placed directly through the storefront, and Draft Orders are excluded. To ensure points are awarded for both Online and Draft Orders (as well as POS, if applicable), the setting should be changed to “All” sales channels. We understand that this was not clearly communicated, and we're actively working to improve this. Our team is updating the app settings to include a clearer option like “Online Store + Draft Orders” to help avoid any future confusion. In the meantime, if you decide to give Joy another try, we’re more than happy to help you manually review and update points for any Draft Orders that were missed.
