A Huge Thank You to Tiana of the Joy Loyalty Program! Right from the beginning, their level of professionalism was outstanding. They listened carefully, understood my needs patiently, and most importantly, grasped what I aimed to achieve. My situation was quite complicated and took some time to resolve. However, Tiana and William handled everything with utmost patience and never showed any signs of frustration. Their dedication and support were truly remarkable. I'm incredibly grateful for their exceptional service and assistance.

I had some difficulty at first getting things set up and working properly, but the team at Avada contacted me and helped me get it done right. I am just starting to test the app and all it's functions now, but hope it runs smoothly from here and helps build my customer base. Thank you

Customer support is good & Not too much for the better plans and a free to use option and easy to learn how to use. as i do with my website. A woman name lydia helped me and was kind.

Lots of great features, easy to use and loads fast - had a few issues during set up but Hana was very helpful and quick to respond! The live chat support is useful to have when there are any problems or if you have questions.
