Worst mistake of my life was installing this app into my Shopify site.

We’re really sorry to hear this, and we completely understand how upsetting an unexpected charge can be. Based on what we can see, this may be related to how Shopify handles subscriptions when a store is temporarily closed and then reopened, app charges can automatically resume unless the plan is downgraded beforehand. We attempted to reach out privately to help resolve this and offer a refund or app credit where applicable, but unfortunately our message wasn’t delivered successfully. Entendemos perfectamente cómo puede sentirse limitado el plan gratuito y lo difícil que es tener que ajustar estilos manualmente, especialmente cuando cada hora cuenta en un negocio pequeño. Solo para aclarar: incluso en el plan gratuito es posible cambiar el color principal desde la configuración del app (lo que afecta a estrellas, botones y otros elementos), sin necesidad de CSS en muchos casos. Aun así, comprendemos tu punto y ya te hemos contactado en privado para ofrecerte ayuda directa y opciones para que puedas personalizarlo de la forma más sencilla posible. Problems with Shop app reviews syncing. Support told me to wait 24 hours and let them know if it's still a problem. If it was they would look into it further. 24 hours later, it's still a problem, so they blame it on the Shop app. I check with 2 of my competitors who I'm also friends with and they show no problem on their end with their latest Shop app reviews in 48 hours publishing fine. I mention this to support and was basically ignored.

Thank you for your detailed feedback, and we’re truly sorry for the frustration this caused, especially after you followed up as advised and didn’t feel properly supported. We want to reassure you that we did not dismiss your concern. After further investigation, we found that the specific Shop App review you referenced was not available in Shopify’s Metaobject feed that Judge.me relies on to sync Shop App reviews. In other words, we were unable to pull and verify that review automatically because Shopify wasn’t providing it to us through their sync source. We’ve already escalated this to Shopify and are actively waiting for their investigation on why the review is missing. We’ll follow up with you as soon as we receive an update from them. Thanks again for your patience and for pushing this forward, your feedback helped us identify and escalate the issue properly.

It doesn't explain how to add and show the end result live on your shopify website.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT. Does not work with TikTok Shop properly and they will charge you and then not refund you after 'waiting'for it 'sync' properly. SCAM TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I had to FILE A DISPUTE with my bank to try and get my money back

Il arrive que Microsoft Edge bloque l’application lorsque la protection anti-suivi est réglée sur un niveau strict, ce qui peut empêcher l’affichage des widgets. Nous vous avons déjà contacté en privé pour vous aider à identifier la cause exacte et vous guider étape par étape. Si vous êtes d’accord pour réessayer, nous serons ravis de vous accompagner afin que tout fonctionne correctement, sans que vous ayez besoin de désinstaller l’application.

What has happened? I used to be able to speak to a human if I had an issue and it would be solved easily. I've been going around in circles now with an AI chatbot for 40 minutes and no way to speak to an actual human. I'm a paying customer and to be honest, I'm over this and going to move to a new review app. It's honestly ridiculous. Judge.me used to be great, until they moved to a chatbot system.

Unfortunately, our chat platform experienced a major outage caused by an external AWS incident, which temporarily prevented our agents from seeing new messages. JudgeMe is not so use friendly and support team is a joke they just act by muscle memory instructions..when we renewed our listings by duplication, we lost all the hard collected reviews.. considering how easy to import reviews from another app or another website their support and system is mysteriously difficult to transfer the reviews that are already on the same platform.
