The app is versatile and provides me with many ways to connect with my website visitors and convert them into customers. I think using the app would be challenging if it weren't for my awesome dedicated support person, Nick. He is knowledgable, talented, and very patient. I am very happy with the app thanks to Nick.

Our Facebook business account was hacked right before Christmas day and we essentially had to rebuild the business up from scratch. For 8 months we couldn't use the popups and I had paid for the annual plan in advance... The customer service team has exceeded my expectations by allowing us to extend the duration of that un-used service due to our unexpected event. This is what I call GOOD customer service. Bravo!

En Banners, Pop Ups y AI la parte de reglas y de diseño supera por mucho otras de las opciones mas económicas, ya que hemos podido hacerlo de forma muy personalizada, para que la experiencia del usuario sea muy amigable y efectiva. Recomendamos contratar con la parte de "Professional Services" ya que la atención y servicio de nuestra ejecutiva Marley ha sido EXTRAORDINARIA. Marley ya entiende nuestras necesidades, modelos de negocio y el L&F de la marca y nos ayuda de forma impecable. Si es una plataforma algo cara para nosotros, pero creemos que la personalización de la experiencia y lo profesional que se ve lo vale.

We compared several vendors and JustUno has by far the most capabilities for popups email capture and targeting with very reasonable pricing. Miranda has been an absolute pleasure to work with and we have seen such impressive gains already in terms of metrics that we recently upgraded to the silver plan.

We were told Justuno is simply the best at pop-ups and we are having great success with their team. In particular Miranda is a superstar and incredibly helpful. She looks at the account in a holistic way and helps the entire ecosystem by making sure all integrations are optimized. To have a Senior Customer Success Strategist who cares and helps get the most out of Justuno is very precious to us. We highly recommend Justuno !

** Update to our review The JustUno team reached out to us and made things right. They've provided a refund for our annual subscription and apologized for the delays in responding to us. I've changed our review rating from a 1-star to 3-stars. We successfully used the app for pop ups on our website for over 2 years and it served our needs well. ** Decent app but be aware of their customer service. Like the other negative reviews posted, we've been given the run around multiple times when trying to cancel our annual subscription which auto-renewed without notice. What's frustrating is that we heard back from their support team once offering us a solution to which we replied. It's been radio silence ever since. We are out $907 because they can't respond to a simple email. I can't recommend JustUno to any businesses looking for this sort of functionality. There are plenty of other options out there with much better customer service.

Thisa pp doesnt show popups on my wesite tried 4 of them nothing works and before it worked for some days ....deleting now as i need fast respond but they take days to reply :/

Awful. I used this app on a paid plan, have asked twice for them to cancel the plan since they don't allow you to cancel in the app (hate that) and they still haven't done it. What is going on?? Cancel my plan! EDITED: they responded here saying they followed up via email, but never canceled my subscription! Just do what you're supposed to do. This is not rocket science.

Worked fine. I'm giving it 2 starts because this seems to be one of those operations that won't let you just cancel your subscription. You have to wait to be "contacted" by a representative. It's been over a week and no one has reached out to help me.

The app is great. It has lots of powerful features that actually convert. A lot of technical details which is great, because we can customize and segment. We had some confusion regarding the pricing plan. However, the support team and account manager were helpful in resolving the situation for us.
