Originally I thought this is just an app for creating popups, but it offers so much more. Our strategist Miranda has been really helpful at analyzing how to target our audience. I really appreciate the level of support I get from Justuno. Miranda answers our questions quickly, and there is always very quick response time with online chat support as well.

Justuno provides a robust selection of templates and tools that make it easy to manage implementing and A/B testing popups. I am very impressed with their AI powered upsell capability. As a very small business, I really appreciate the customer and account support provided by Zach Bailey. He is a contributing extension to my team and brings great ideas to the table.

I have used JustUno for 7+ years now and they are the best in the business for pop-ups. And I am writing this review in regards to their JustUno Plus service. Zach Bailey on the JustUno team has done an incredible job in helping us further push the envelope with improving our conversion rate. Their team gets to see what is working across numerous accounts and is able to offer strategy suggestions for us to implement. It has been a game changer for us.

We've been on JustUno for quite awhile, but with our recent NYT feature we had to get serious, and quick. Took a leap and jumped into Justuno professional and it's been phenomenal. We may have just gotten lucky because Miranda G. understood our need to execute quickly and has done exactly that for us and more! The learning and high level thinking we've been able to do as a team has been a gamechanger for us. Highly recommend!

Very easy to use, instructions are clear! Using the free version at the moment and very happy with it.

After installation, the app does not even open and I receive an error message saying "There's been an error. Check back later". Tried to send a message to support, but the chat did not work. Not good first impression.

Great for designing popups and tracking conversions. The dashboard is great for managing multiple campaigns.

Justuno is amazing! It integrates easily with Shopify Plus, and it's easy to build unique customer experiences with popups. Justuno is worth the time investment and has a positive ROI almost immediately. The targeting and analytics options, along with the A/B testing functionality, make it easy to determine what's working and where the opportunities are. The user interface definitely has a learning curve. I would recommend partnering with their Professional Services team to have an expert that can help move creative assets and testing opportunities through the system quickly. Justuno makes Lead Gen easy and has rapidly allowed us to build our Email and SMS lists by offering a personalized discount. It's one of the most important integrations to consider on Shopify Plus.

AMAZING! I'd give them 10 Stars if I could. Seemingly endless options for timing & customizing popups. You can create different rules for popups for how and when to show them. Plus editing them is super easy and straight forward. Also important, they have mobile friendly display options. Oh and the Chat support is great. Miguel rocks! I'm no coding genius nor tech savy, but Miguel always takes the extra step to help me figure out the difficult stuff. Super fast responses, it's like someone is literally right there helping you. UPDATE: Just reminding everyone in 2023 we are still super happy with Justuno!

I've used all of the major modal apps. I always end up coming back. JustUno has more of a learning curve. But it is by far the best if you want control and customization.

We've not had a good experience. We were trying to test out this app with our site but JustUno won't provide any support to help you get it working unless you use a paid version. Why would you pay for an app that doesn't work?

HORRIBLE! I signed up for the professional service and it was far from it! There client service rep would miss meetings and come up with horrible designs that were subpar at best. I have requested a refund and canceled but they still charge my credit card month and month. $800 a month BE AWARE OF THIS SCAM!!

This is a terrible app, they charged you without notice, and canceling the subscription plan is just a headache!

Awesome customer support. I had a few questions upon setup and their chat agent was a rockstar. Keep up the good work!

I installed this app and tried to use it but found it very difficult to use. Their templates are hideous and custom designing them was very hard. It also wanted really small photos vs other pop up ad apps. I uninstalled it the same day and have continued to get their emails despite unsubscribing over and over. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I really like the app! Its been working really well for me, I'm surprised how many email captures you can get, and its nice that its integrated easily with google analytics. Customer support is really helpful and quick as well <3
