Perfect for our needs. Easy to design and dictate when and where we want informational pop-ups to happen. Super helpful app.

Justuno is awesome! It has a LOT of options the allow you to do basically EVERYTHING you want. That said, it is kinda hard if you're not tech savy.

Set up of the pop-ups is not very intuitive, but their support is great. Will, Nestor, and Yuno made everything easier :) Their conversion analytics are very good.

Absolutely awful, had 2 pop ups (one desktop, one mobile) that I had set up that were enabled live that i thought were working for months and then I check the app and they are not I have missed out on hundreds of potential emails from store visitors by it not working as it should have.

We've been a JustUno Plus user for some time now. It is an outstanding tool that lets us present to right message to the right visitors at the right time. Miranda Galindo our account manager is knowledgeable in all things conversion and has been very helpful to increase our conversion rates and our ROI. Highly recommended and a total no-brainer, Justuno has and continues to pay for itself many times over month after month.

Just Uno is the best! Not only does it have the best options for popups and cross-selling but their support team is literally incredible. I have been going back and forth with Nestor on support for a week because of a theme problem and Nestor helped me 10x more than the shopify team even could. So greatful for them!

Have been using Justuno for over 6 months. They have great popups, and their seasonal banners and popups are extremely useful and definitely bring in a lot more sales and emails. Their customer service live chat is also great.

Miranda has been great to work with. Very attentive. She helped design banners for Black Friday and other sales which led to great performance. Also makes helpful recommendations. We have been using JustUno for several years. I highly recommend.

This app is a MUST HAVE for anyone that wants to step up their pop up and banner game. Scheduling for promotions is easy, and building multi-tiered campaigns are super intuitive.

Definitely the best pop-up app I've ever used. It took a moment for me to learn how to use the advanced rulesets to their full potential, but fully worth the time. The ability we now have to target pop-ups with incredible precision means that we don't overwhelm our returning customers with pop-ups they've seen before, and allows us to show relevant information and offers to new visitors. We're collecting far more emails and converting better than previously as a result. Highly recommend.

JustUno is much more than just a pop-up provider. The best way to think of JustUno is like a virtual store assistant who guides your visitors through the store, while understanding who they are, where they came from and what their past history is with your store. I started with the JustUno standard plan but after realising these guys were really focused on the on-site customer journey I upgraded to JustUno Plus and have got a tonne of value since. I have regular weekly calls with the super-helpful JustUno experts (shoutout to Olivia!) and they've helped me continually develop and optimise my store. Honestly, I'm really impressed by how each call reveals something else I didn't know could be done before. Not only have I made ROI many times over, but I've also saved a fortune on development costs and other apps because JustUno can be used in so many clever ways. For example, I've used it to create a mobile app-style navigation banner among other things. I can't recommend JustUno enough!

Horrible! The app does not even work and when I try to cancel my account I can't even do that. I try to reach out to customer care I can't even get a hold of them. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS GARBAGE APP!!
I can understand how frustrating this must have been for you, BergaMet North America. This is definitely not the experience we'd like to provide our customers, but I'm now showing that we were able to get things cancelled successfully. We're sorry to see you go!
