What a terrible tool. Their customer service is awful. I had an issue with a payment, and my account was suspended. When I tried to contact them to process the payment again, they kept redirecting me to their virtual assistant, Kira, who only provided online articles for me to read. I realized they would never help me through that method, so I reached out to the support & success email accounts. Their response? They said they couldn’t assist me and told me to contact Kira! I couldn’t believe it... I was trying to settle my account, and they never responded. Of course, they had no problem charging me for the current month's plan, but my account remained suspended due to an invoice that couldn’t be processed months ago. I absolutely despise companies that grow and aim to "automate" everything, completely neglecting their customers and failing to provide real ways to communicate and resolve issues. Very disappointing, Klaviyo. Terrible experience.

I've been using Klaviyo with my shopify store for the last 18 months. I LOVE it. I'm not that confident with technology but I have found their resource page super helpful and any time I have had a question (there have been a lot!) the team have always been quick to help me, they have even checked the set up of things for me. I would HIGHLY recomend this to anyone who has a shopify store.

We are coming from a different software and Klaviyo is just on another level. Customer service is top-notch, they get back to you pretty quick and their steps are easy to follow. Yes - They charge a premium, but the things you can do with their software are outstanding. If you are doing basic stuff like welcome series flow, abandoned checkout, post purchase and win back campaigns then you might use another software but if you want to get the best out of your email list by diving deep into segmentation and sending the right email, at the right time to the right customer then Klaviyo is the way to go.

I love Klaviyo's seamless integration with Shopify. It makes marketing extremely easy for a non-marketing person such as myself.

I've been using Klaviyo for a month and I love it. The developers seem to have managed to build something that is very flexible with a lot of functionality, yet very simple to use, well done! Also the support is amazing! Really can't fault it :) EDIT: I spoke with Hayley today, she was really friendly and helpful, thank you!

We love Klaviyo because of their great support, they are so helpful and Tom helped me within a minutes to understand what to do, and how to create a flow. Klaviyo is just great, and we can recommend them 100% We are satisfied from day one. Aspegren Denmark

Klaviyo is a good tool to user for any e-commerce out there. The integration with Shopify is very good. I recommend. I like the sync between Shopify and Klaviyo.

Every app has its flaws, but this integration rarely has one and has gone above and beyond most other apps. I'm very pleased with the metrics it brings over and communicates between the two platforms. And of course Klaviyo support is always top-notch the best of the best in my opinion. I look forward to seeing this integration develop!

Klaviyo is my favorite platform for both email and SMS. It's super easy to use, they have great documentation, and their support team is very responsive. I'm looking forward to implementing their new reviews feature.

Added the Reviews feature, and before we've had a chance to even send out a single review request, a notification has come through that we've "used 97% of your monthly plan for reviews." Not 1 single review request email has even been sent. And we owe $250 in review request charges? Doesn't make a lick of sense. A review feature should bill based on reviews. Klaviyo is already a super pricey platform, really disappointing to see them treating well paying customers like this.

They maintain constant communication/support on channel performance, they excel at both day-to-day troubleshooting as well as success strategy. They're well integrated with most other platforms we use and have around the clock support. Can't recommend them enough!
