A wonderful application and the customer service is top notch. They always respond quickly to any questions or concerns and are eager to hear any suggestions. Many display options depending on your mobile/desktop needs as well as what kind of reviews you want to collect. We currently just use it to create a testimonial page, but once setup it just goes on auto pilot and allows to manage/display reviews easily!

They are simply superb at customer service. Had an issue migrating to version 2.0 and tagged a ticket. Realised much later that mails to my email account were bouncing and there was no way they could get in touch with me! So I thought. Till I get an offline chat message from my site from Cheryl from Kudobuzz!! That's how they reached me, went to my site, found an alternative way of reaching me and solved my issue. Now that's going beyond the ordinary!

The app does exactly what it says it will do! But, what prompted me to write this review and award 5 stars is THE SUPPORT! David spent a few hours guiding me and we resolved the issue. :) I have NEVER received this level of support! I recommend this product wholeheartedly!

We switched from Yopto to Kudobuzz and we haven't looked back. We switched because we were not willing to pay $600/month for features that you can get with Kudobuzz for $29.99/month. The Kudobuzz team is absolutely amazing. We wanted to make sure we use their app for over a month before leaving our review. Since they seem to be a newer company there are some small issues, but Cheryl and the rest of the team reply to emails within hours and issues are fixed within less than 1 business day. Some of the features I hope they will add are for example the dynamic coupon option. We have no doubt that Kudobuzz will offer all the same features as Yotpo for a fraction of the cost in the near future. Keep it up Kudobuzz. Adam

Very nice app. easy to install and set up. Had one issue with connecting to Facebook but support was great and issue was fixed right away, Would recommend.

One of the reasons customers love shopping at Amazon is the reviews, right? Well now we can offer the same value to customers on our own website. Plus potential customers find the questions & answers functionality helpful when deciding which product to order. But the biggest reason this app gets 5 stars from us is the incredible customer support from the Kudobuzz team. They've gone the extra mile and helped us with everything from resolving a compatibility issue with Cloudflare to making UI improvements to the dashboard. Kudobuzz really knows how to impress their users!

I am very pleased with Kudobuzz's customer service. I give it a five-star rating because their customer service rep helped me migrate to the new version and resolve the technical glitches in a very prompt and courteous manner, despite the fact that I am not very technically savvy. This contrasts with a lot of services nowadays that are impersonal or down right non-responsive. I have not tested other testimonial apps but am quite pleased with the way it shows up on my site. I've been happy with this App! Cheryl is super responsive and will help with anything I need. We recently changed our template which wiped out our reviews. I panicked, but she quickly got them right back up. Thanks!

Great app. Looks good on our site, subtle and unobtrusive but still easy to access. Customer support is brilliant too. I've only had to get in touch a couple of times but never had to wait long for a reply. Really appreciate the help from Cheryl. Nice work!

Updated review to 3 stars instead of 2. Was good in the beginning. But after purchase e-mails were not going out quite a few times. They always corrected it but what good is it if you have to to continue to monitor the app. Customer service is good.

Excellent response from Kena with customer service. Has been very helpful at working through any kinks. I love this app and the reviews have really helped add credibility to my products. Can't say enough about the service that has been provided thus far.

App looks great. Haven't had much time using it yet other than setting up. Had a couple small issues but the support is excellent. Quick response time and quick to get things straight again.

Very pleasant and quick response to issues. Easy to set up and looks great. Definitely worth having in my shop. http://www.u-handbag.com/ update 5th Jul. When it works, it works really great. Customer service is quick to respond. Sadly there have been lots of outages lately. I don't want to have to change providers (too busy), but as soon as time allows I may have to.

EDIT JULY/2016 After experiencing some issues with the service, they have done some fixes and it seems to be stable again. The review platform works well, and if it stays up 24/7 we are happy to stay as customers.
