A big Kudo to Kudobuzz team.. It's really a must have app in your shopify store.. We have started getting lot of positive testimonials through Kudobuzz app and it's very helpful for our customers to take buying decisions.. Kudobuzz support team is just outstanding, they respond to all our queries at lightening pace.. Good going Kudobuzz.. A big Thank You from Mehr Team..

Kudobuzz customer service are so fast to respond! This is one app that is a staple for my shop and its that gem you know you can totally trust to not only show results but to help with any questions. I really like that I dont have to wait more than a few minutes to get a reply. One of my top apps for my store without a doubt!

Edited 11/1/15: Just finished the newest version, and though had a few problems Kena worked through them (she is great!) and all is good now. Thank you Kena. Wow -- I just set this up a few minutes ago and it is working perfectly!! And so incredibly easy to set up. I'm very impressed.

Exactly what I was looking for. There's nothing more powerful than hearing the experience from other customers before you make a purchase. This app helps amplify testimonials. Support is excellent as well!

The Kudobuzz customer service is amazing. I've done edits to two separate themes that effected the way Kudobuzz showed on my site. When I contacted them, they were so fast to respond, and they even went as far as fixing code on my site for me to help me with the issues I was having! They also send super helpful emails about ways to improve SEO and more. I love the social media integration and basically everything about this app. We've been with them for almost a year, and we're in for the long haul!

I'm technically challenged, so I am pleased to say that Selom and the Team at Kudobuzz have gone above and beyond the call of duty to help me out. No doubt I'm not easy to deal with and they have supported me kindly and politely. Support means more than features when you're just starting out with Shopify. Well done Kudobuzz, thanks heaps.

This is a great app that does more than your regular review app. Even better is their customer service; I really wasn't expecting my query to be answered, let alone resolved in the short space of time it took. Definitely recommend.

Amazing customer service! I e-mailed the company with a question about installation on a Saturday afternoon expecting to hear back by Monday. I got an answer within 5 minutes. The rep explained everything to me and even took over the installation for me instantly. I couldn't believe the quality of customer service from a free app. I compared a lot of the review apps and this one seems to be the only one that has all the features I'm looking for. Just started playing around with it and so far it looks and works great.

Yes. This is a great app. Excellent post customer service too as I had a small issue on loading the review submission acknowledgement page at my site and Seelom helped me and solved it instantly. I am considering getting the premium package since it offers more benefits and I trust them now.
