We're in the process of changing over from a different review app and are very impressed with Kudobuzz so far. Even before we'd made the transition - Kena and the Kudobuzz team were eager and prompt in responding to any questions I had. They provide a thorough service with a reasonable price and they've definitely been listening to what customers need. I would definitely recommend them as your review app provider.

Revised feedback: These people will work hard for you. The request I made in the review earlier today (see below) has already been implemented. I asked for the review stars to appear above the description on the product listing, with the main body of the reviews below the product, and with a smooth scroll from top to bottom. They did this within a very short time today. This is a top notch group of people who work hard to make their app one of the best available. Earlier review: This is a nifty little app and the customer service has been excellent! I especially like that readers of reviews can note whether a product review was helpful or not (with a thumbs up or a thumbs down). And a customer can leave a review for their overall satisfaction with the site, not just a product. Selom and Kena have been so patient with me and answered all my questions in record time. And right now I'm just on the free plan, but they have treated me like a paying customer! The only issue I have (and it's a small one) is that product review stars aren't displayed at the top of each product listing. I want to add that using the display widgets is very easy and the admin panel for this app is intuitive and works great. Thanks!

Super slick app, great service, and they were able to import all my old reviews for me from a previous app. I'm really happy with all the options and the little widgets that Kudobuzz has, thanks guys!

Lovely app. I am getting reviews on my store as well as my products. I liked this app best because people can review your shop and their service....not just the product they bought. I also love that emails go out to people after they purchase....making it super easy for them to leave a review. And perhaps the best thing about this app is its FREE....which makes it perfect. Highly recommend! Update, I recently upgraded to the dinner plan and I am enjoying lots of new benefits....like Google rich snippets.....love that one. I have found the support staff to be really great. They are always quick to respond and will work very hard to help.

I had a very good service to implement coding and rich snippets on our webstore : I love the application, the widgets are amazing and I was also able to import reviews from our Facebook page !! Thumbs up :-)

This is a great app and it's very easy to use. I can have all of my reviews from FB come directly to this app for posting. The follow-up email feature has been awesome for collecting reviews. I had two issues come up and the team fixed them and kept in constant contact with me. Highly recommend!!

WOW! That's all I gotta say! I installed the app yesterday (SUPER EASY!) and I woke up this morning to 6 reviews, a mix of products and website. Like seriously, I didn't even tell my customers about it yet, and BAM there they were. My favourite part is that it curates them all on one page, I don't have to collect, copy and paste, it just does it for me. This was the app I have been looking for to show my customers that we are a reputable business. So in short, it's free to start, so if you're not installing this app, then you might as well just throw your money out the door. Thanks!!!

Best app we've ever had in terms of functionality and developer support! For a startup business like us, having testimonials and reviews are priceless and this has been very instrumental to pull them together. It's very easy to set up and looks great on our website! Kudos to David and Kena for the awesome support they provided us and their patience with our questions and requests. We highly recommend this app!

Fantastic app! I love the quick-loading widget on the bottom of my website. People want to see reviews, and this way they don't have to search for them. They also have the option to read the snippet or click for the full review. The full page of reviews looks very nice, though I would love the option of larger photos. I have the lunch plan, and I really like how Kudobuzz pulls possible positive reviews from Facebook, Twitter and Instagram automatically! Saves me so much time scouring my accounts manually, and to get them in a daily email for a quick review is awesome!

Great app does exactly what it says. Automates most of the behind the scene process for you and motivates customers to write reviews. Pulls reviews from several areas and will post them within app to website and social outlets. Customer service is top notch fast responsive and friendly. Do yourself a favor upgrade to the paid version the annual discount is well worth it.

This app recently sent out mass product review emails to ALL of our customers, some customers received 65+ emails in one day to their inbox. We have contacted kudobuzz to see if this can be prevented in the future, but no response. I have removed this app. Hopefully it won't happen again. Very unprofessional... Since this event, the developer has made every effort to make amends and has promised that this error will not happen again. Had the damage to our own levels of customer satisfaction not been so great (we lost customers and received our first complaints in service due to the kudobuzz email error) we may have kept this app. My star remains at 1 due to our loss of clients. However remarkable kudobuzz customer service may be, this app failed miserably.
