Very little support. The translations to spanish were poor and we had too many edits that it wasn't worthwhile. Moreoever, once we deleted the app, it screwed up checkout of many of our products. They were unable to provide a full uninstall and told us to hire a web developer to fix their broken app. I was shocked this app is still on shopify app store.

Please note that our app offers different ways to translate the content, but not only the machine translation, like DeepL and Google PRO integration, and an opportunity to order the translation from the Agency Translation. Also, we already figured out with you and Shopify support, that it was not our app which screwed up the checkout page. From our side, we've provided you with the guide how to fully remove our app from the store. Once again, please accept our sincerely apologies for all the inconveniences you have faced with. so far so good, the technical team is really helpful! The app is complete with different options for translation and going fast. The translation need to be checked before publication.

Doesn't translate right. Too expensive. Had to translate most of the words by myself. If you want a professional translation you have to pay more. The app could be a little more cheaper.

By default we have an integration with the set of basic free drivers which for some cases may be not the most accurate. We cannot manage directly these translations since it is only integration and all the process are on the side of this or that driver. That is why we suggest more efficient translation methods as PRO drivers such as Google and DeepL. Most of the customers are satisfied with them and it really helps to make the translations better and it really worth it. Each feedback is very crucial for us and such rates hurt us. Our app works according to each plan's features, but we always ready to help if some issues occur and also ready to explain why it works the way it works. Waiting for your reply. Thank you!

This software is quite expensive but the service is poor. most cases no working well and answers always like machine, you have to spend a lot time to learn and ask and wait by yourself.

Auto Translate makes my site stupid, this app might be cool for general stores with little porduct variants , but for stupid for specialized industries

We have several options for translations starting from default drivers and going up to Pro translations and even agency translation services. サポートがよく、時差もなく返信をくれるのですぐに問題を解決することができます。 解決できるまで粘り強く対応してくれるので安心です。 ちょっと変わった翻訳が出ることもありますが、手動でも変えられますしそこまで困らないかと。 ７割自動、３割手動くらいのイメージで使えています。 ”こうできたらいいな”ということはとりあえずサービスに聞いてみれば必ず答えをもらえるので、サポートが早く親切なのがありがたいです。

英語のみで始めたサイトを別の言語に対応させるために使用しました。管理画面、プロ翻訳、CSVによるインポートそれぞれで翻訳が直感的にスムーズに進む仕組みが整っている。サポートも素早く丁寧で助かりました。なぜかエクセルで作成したcsvがうまくインポートできず、テンプレートなどがあれば助かりました。一番うれしいのはスプレッドシートのリンクを入力し、スプレッドシート上でリアルタイムに更新できると良いです。

easy to install, the translation is much better than other apps, they use deepl translation...and they even translate the checkout. The prices are really decent for the services they provide.

What I like more of this app is first and foremost the outstanding support level provided always timely by the company representatives beyond the app. They have always been very good at explaining how to get the most out of the app and very helpful even in coding our theme to make sure the language selector was placed where we wanted.

The support from LILIA is well noted and much appreciated. I was going with GTRANSLATE but when I saw lang shop and I saw the import/export functionality that allows me to test everything on demo so that I go live in an amazing WAY. I knew this is the best roadmap we are talking our project to, as we are a bilingual website and we should check all languages pre-GOLIVE not like GTRANSLATE said: AFTER GO LIVE!!!!!

Navigating through the app to find where the content is hidden can sometimes be tricky, but once you figure it out, it works very well. Whenever you are stuck, the team is there to help and customer service agents reply very quickly, which is a must for any Shopify app. It is worth every penny!
