サポートがよく、時差もなく返信をくれるのですぐに問題を解決することができます。 解決できるまで粘り強く対応してくれるので安心です。 ちょっと変わった翻訳が出ることもありますが、手動でも変えられますしそこまで困らないかと。 ７割自動、３割手動くらいのイメージで使えています。 ”こうできたらいいな”ということはとりあえずサービスに聞いてみれば必ず答えをもらえるので、サポートが早く親切なのがありがたいです。

英語のみで始めたサイトを別の言語に対応させるために使用しました。管理画面、プロ翻訳、CSVによるインポートそれぞれで翻訳が直感的にスムーズに進む仕組みが整っている。サポートも素早く丁寧で助かりました。なぜかエクセルで作成したcsvがうまくインポートできず、テンプレートなどがあれば助かりました。一番うれしいのはスプレッドシートのリンクを入力し、スプレッドシート上でリアルタイムに更新できると良いです。

easy to install, the translation is much better than other apps, they use deepl translation...and they even translate the checkout. The prices are really decent for the services they provide.

What I like more of this app is first and foremost the outstanding support level provided always timely by the company representatives beyond the app. They have always been very good at explaining how to get the most out of the app and very helpful even in coding our theme to make sure the language selector was placed where we wanted.

We use the free version for bilingual localisation. It works as advertised. Can only recommend the app.

The support from LILIA is well noted and much appreciated. I was going with GTRANSLATE but when I saw lang shop and I saw the import/export functionality that allows me to test everything on demo so that I go live in an amazing WAY. I knew this is the best roadmap we are talking our project to, as we are a bilingual website and we should check all languages pre-GOLIVE not like GTRANSLATE said: AFTER GO LIVE!!!!!

Navigating through the app to find where the content is hidden can sometimes be tricky, but once you figure it out, it works very well. Whenever you are stuck, the team is there to help and customer service agents reply very quickly, which is a must for any Shopify app. It is worth every penny!

Après avoir essayé plusieurs applications pour la traduction de ma boutique en ligne, celle-ci était celle qui répondait le mieux à mes besoins. Une application simple et efficace pour assurer la traduction de tous les éléments. J'ai reçu un excellent service à la clientèle. Les agents sont actifs et répondent rapidement pour nous assister avec l'application.

Best app that we tried. Advantages: -great customer support (fast, polite and always solving your issues) -have auto directions for currency and language -translates every aspect of the shop (tags, product types, metadata, etc)

We are extremely happy with the app and the service and everything works flawlessly. The automatic translation with Deepl is also a megaplus, as it allows us to quickly translate products and page into many languages and revise them later.

I have tried a few different language apps and this is definitely the best. Very user friendly and helpful live support chat to get you set up

Excellent Support Team ! (super) fast answer, explanations detailed step by step, problem solved in a just a few minutes ! On top of that the app is really great for bespoke translations, and for optimization of SEO in each language. (only suggestion: I wish the plan to have more than 2 langages would be a bit cheaper...as it's currently more expensive than a basic shopify plan itself. a middle plan for 3 langages would be great for smaller businesses who often need english spanish and french)

The upgrade to Version 2 has been a total disaster for us. We can no longer use our export/import app Matixify. Trying to download our products using their export/import feature and it is estimating it will take at least 48 days to complete. So far it has been running for 4 days. We now have to get a new and better language app.

Update 14.04.2022 ----------- A problem has arisen that somewhat diminishes the fun of the app, which is still very good in itself. Apparently due to technical issues, when you update the theme, you lose those translations that are not tied to Shopify sources, but are part of the elements of the theme. The statement from LangShop support is that you have to translate all these elements again. Sad. However, there is an export/import function with which you can import the old translations into the updated theme with a little effort and knowledge of Excel. It's not quite a hundred percent, because only the source texts but not the elements itself can be identified, so this might still transport some errors, but it's better than nothing. I think there should be a way to comfortably save these elements translations without tinkering with Excel and import them back into the updated theme. The day the developers offer such theme translation's backup and restore function, I am happy to refill the 5th star.------------I have tested a couple of translation apps, but this is far the best one I have experienced. As it is not belonging to those that are the most cheapest, but I think the all over features are outstanding in comparison so it is absolutely worth the money. Especially if one put value on the level of quality of machine translation. For me it was most important to use deepl translation, and this in combination with my own glossar to exchange defined terms on the translation-fly. Support is helpful and available immediately, and there are couple of features I can't note here, but for example what was also important for me was the possibility to translate product tags, to be able to use those translations as filters in the frontend. Nice dashboard with translation progress and overview. and many more. I fully can recommend this app!
